Come stay in our charming vintage home made of old and beautiful wood and experience all that Cocoa Beach has to offer - from stunning sunsets on the Banana River to fun-filled days at the beach. Enjoy the view of the Banana River from the pier in the backyard or the enclosed porch - watch the dolphins swimming in the river. Our property is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to all the attractions and amenities of the area. Book your stay today and make unforgettable memories in our little piece of paradise!
Taco city is across the street and a few blocks over. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is 35 minutes away and NASA Space Center is 40 minutes.
The home is 50 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 18 minutes from Port Canaveral, 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and 20 minutes from the Brevard Zoo.
This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 queen bed, 2 king beds, and a trundle bed with two twin sized mattresses, sleeping 8 comfortably. The property is located off of A1A with beach accesses available down the road.
There are two cottages connected on the property and you get use of it all! The front cottage is a charming Caretaker's cottage and has a separate living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom. We are a short distance from great restaurants and downtown boutiques for shopping. It has a fenced in deck area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The beach access is across the street and to the right.

HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or fix it.
7. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
10. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

- No events, parties or gatherings, this is a quiet property with a river view
- Anyone having more than 8 people at the property without permission and no more than 4 cars will be fined. This is a must, unfortunately I’ve had some guests that did not abide by my house rules.
- We do not accept guests under 25 unless with family members that are older than 25 because we have had too many guests that had parties :)

* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
