Just a short 20 min drive to Palm Springs and 20 min to the Joshua Tree National Park, La Rodinara is perched on 5 acres of lush desert vegetation. The ideal retreat for families and couples looking to get away and enjoy the experience - from nature, hiking, to restaurants and nightlife.

THE SPACE
Enter inside this open-plan living area, designed with bohemian desert and modern touches that really make you feel one with the desert experience. Plenty of large windows allows to relish with daylight and views from every part of the home. La Rodinara was intended to disconnect - enjoy a variety of board games, Bocci balls, Vinyl record player and wireless speaker, yoga mats, and a projector with Fire TV / Streaming app.

Fully unwind within minutes and adventure outside to endless possibilities. From hiking as soon as you step outside, to sitting by the fireplace as you watch the ever-changing sky's colors from sunrise to sunset. And dare yourself to an outdoor morning shower overlooking the San Jacinto right in the middle of the desert mesquite.

Twenty minutes in either direction, you will be able to enjoy the deserts most popular destinations such as Pioneertown, Joshua Tree National Park, and Palm Springs.

La Rodinara is a full house experience including :

• 100% private property on 5 acres of Mojave Desert with incredible trees, shade, and space to roam.
• 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 single folded mattress
• central heating/ AC system
• 2 bathrooms with white concrete showers
• open space living room with kitchen and dining room
• acoustic guitar, record player (with many vinyls to choose from) and bluetooth speaker
• projector with Fire TV / Streaming app
• Wifi internet
• several outside seating areas

• all bathrooms are stocked with "natural" hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bath towels, wash cloths and cotton hand towels are provided for each guest in all bathrooms.
• the kitchen is fully stocked with full array of glassware, cookware, cast iron dishes and prep tools.
• refrigerator/freezer, stove (electric), pour over and espresso coffee maker, convection and toaster oven.
• indoor dining room table can accommodate six to eight people.

La Rodinara can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

• PARKING
• There is ample parking available in the driveway in back of the house. Plenty of additional parking on the bottom of the land in front of the house. We will provide you with a code to padlocks a few days prior to your check-in date.

• PETS
Our home is pet friendly! 2 pets are permitted with an additional pet fee. You must clean up after your pets. Please keep an eye on your pets at all times for their own safety from wandering into the desert where we have lots of wildlife including coyotes, owls, and hawks.

• FIREPLACES AND WOOD BURNING STOVES:
You will find a gas fireplace to gather around at night. all the fireplaces are for cosmetic use only. Guests are NOT permitted to use fireplaces and wood stoves, due to home insurance policy and risks associated with being in a high fire risk area.

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling.

• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads and our driveway will often have ruts, particularly after rain.
