This is the perfect place when attending a Chateau wedding or if you simply want to swing a club for fun.

Psycho neighbor ruined getaway

A neighbor became very violently verbally with me because of a parking mistake

John, We are so sorry for the inconcienience. We have never had that complaint about the neighbor. We did speak to the HOA about the incident and refunded your stay for the days that you left. Unfortunately, parking is very tight in Incline and people do get upset when you are in their space. Sun Bear Realty

I was very disappointed in the check out! We were there for a baseball tournament and my husband left to take my son ( right down the road) and at exactly 10:00 the cleaners showed up knocking on the door to clean the place! I explained we would be out within the next 10 mins. I went to drop off my husband at the field with my other children and the property management was calling asking where my keys were because it was 10:30 and I hadn’t brought them back yet. I explained that I had to drop off at the field and I was pulling into to drop them off. I won’t be staying here again due to the stress of no wiggle room with time. Wet disappointed.

Hi Danielle, We apologize for that. We asked you to leave by 10am so we can get the property ready for the next guest that was coming the same day. When we have back-to-back reservations, everyone needs to be out by 10am. The cleaners are instructed to go at 10am and start cleaning. We called you because we had issues in the past where tenants drove home with the keys and parking passes. We wanted to avoid that and remind you to bring them back. Thanks Luis Sun bear realty
