This roomy Mountaintop Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath villa is great for families looking to experience a fantastic vacation with everything included. The villas include a main suite with a private bedroom that features a king bed and a full bath with a jetted tub and a shower, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a well-stocked kitchen and dining table. The second suite has a king bed, full bath with large shower, queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette and washer/dryer.

Pets are allowed at the resort with a $150 refundable pet deposit, paid at check in. Plenty of grassy areas are provided to walk dogs, and pet waste stations are also available.

In addition to 1,230 square feet of space and room for up to 8 guests, the spacious Two Bedroom Villa features multiple amenities including a fireplace, balcony, jetted tub, large flat-screen TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players, cable television, washer/dryer, and fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven range, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, and utensils. The resort provides all towels and washcloths, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, condition and much more!

The Resort has three outdoor pools and hot tubs, free onsite mini golf, mountaintop zip line, a game room, a fitness center, and an onsite spa. The mountaintop infinity pool has an amazing view of the mountains. There are also two restaurants on property serving American fare and various types of beverages for adults and children.

Each person will receive wrist bands for FREE entrance to Wild Bear Falls on-property water park for your stay. The largest indoor water park in the south has a splash pool with small water slides, large swimming pool with water basketball, TWO large hot tubs, a lazy river perfect for floating and relaxing, and two water slides for height 48 inches and up! Towels and chairs are provided, locker rooms with showers and restrooms are free to use, and food is available for purchase at the upstairs Roaring Fork restaurant.

Daily activities available for children and adults, including DIY crafts, moonshine tastings, s'mores, family games and more. Also recently added for purchase are off-property excursions for hiking, ghost tours, and more. On-site shuttle service provided for trips around the resort at no cost. Trolley comes by resort for trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Twenty-four hour security provided at resort. Front desk and maintenance are a phone call away, and while onsite you will have contact with a personal concierge who can assist you with anything you need.
