LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - Just steps away from the bustling Baytowne Wharf and the sparkling blue swimming pool complex of the The Grand! Hop on the tram for a quick ride to the sandy white beach. All of the amenities of the Resort are at your fingertips.

This condo is perfectly located at Lasata, within short walking distance of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. With one bedroom and two bathrooms, there are sleeping arrangements for four guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and an adjoining full bathroom. The spacious and relaxing living area features wood floors and comfy seating including a sofa that converts to a queen bed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. There is outdoor seating on the balcony which offers the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. A stackable washer/dryer is available in the condo, and wifi is complimentary.

The Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kidā€™s playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summer. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Spend some time at #3217 Lasata and enjoy the good life!

HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Location Great-Furnishings Worn and Tired

The property and grounds were stunning, the inside of our unit however was very worn. The furniture and window treatments looked at least as old as the unit itself like 20 years. The few upgrades could not make up for the worn furniture.

This was a great location at Baytowne Wharf. It was close to everything or anything you could possibly be looking for. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf. Iā€™d definitely come back. The parking spaces are a small challenge but not enough to keep this from being a 5 star experience.

Lovely & Safe

The resort area felt very safe and secure. The pools were lovely. Our specific unit could use an upgrade on the kitchen amenities. The only skillet was small and very scratched up Teflon. There needs to be access to Wi-Fi on both TVs, not just the one in the bedroom, which had Roku. Update the TVs by eliminating the huge armoire that only holds a small TV and takes up a lot of space. All that being said, we did really enjoy our time there.

Family getaway

The communication from the host was fantastic. The unit was located in a quiet building near enough to Baytowne to easily walk. The unit was clean and there were plenty of places to sit and relax and visit. We had one hiccup with the ac in the unit. The host quickly called service personnel and it was repaired with no inconvenience to us before end of day.

Amazing!

Ok, the property manager needs a raise! She was so amazing, very communicative and extremely helpful, even before leaving I would message her to see if I needed to take certain things and she would always respond within the hour! Wonderful stay! the village was so much fun, the pool water was a little too warm for us to be able to enjoy it fully but other then that. it was awesome.

Exceptional Experience

Good value in an exclusive, magnificently beautiful vacation resort property. The adjacent Baytowne Wharf Village entertainment center has something for kids of all ages. Just a stroll from the condo it offers bayside bars with entertainment, restaurants with a variety of tastes and prices, shops, and for the young ones, a merry-go-round, zip line, ropes course, and more. There's special entertainment for families daily on the grassy common. Anyone looking for an exclusive vacation of a lifetime should stay here. Phyllis is a super hostess and was superb with directions, suggestions for dining and entertainment, and other help always with a congenial personality.
