This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as eight. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful corner unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
* Where is the Elation building located ?
Elation is in Baytowne Wharf between the Grand Sandestin and Bahia buildings. The condo overlooks the Choctawatche Bay. Elation is the newest building in the circle around the lagoon pool.

* How far is the beach ?
The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.

** Where do I park ?
Elation has an underground parking garage with access to the elevator. The garage is only accessible to owners and their guests. You will receive a QR code to open the gate to use unlimited times during your stay. Additional cars can be parked at the Inspiration lot behind the condo. Directions and a map will be provided with your welcome package.
The new system was initiated in January 2023 to ensure parking spaces for owners and their guests.

* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.

* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.

* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.

* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off

*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .

* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.

* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.

* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.
