Hi Rhonda, We are so sorry this condo did not meet your expectations. As listed this property is conveniently located in downtown Park City, a very safe and mountain friendly community and indeed has been newly renovated including a $50K new kitchen this year. We are the penthouse unit in the Prospector Square Hotel. This hotel has served as the host site for the Sundance Film Festival in the past. Restaurants are right around the corner within walking distance. Specifically, the Grub Steak is directly across the street from the entrance. This unit has very high reviews and we are sorry that you did not reach out to us directly with your concerns. We were happy to assist you with getting pre-arrival items that you needed. In addition, the water had to be shutdown to the building for 2-hours so they could replace a main pipe that serves 20 other units in the building. We had no control over that but it was quickly corrected in less than 30 minutes on that day. We are however thankful that you found a private luxury home that better suited your needs.
