Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!

Can't say enough about the location!! Would highly recommend for a ski trip (short walk to lift). Furthermore, the place was very clean and seemed to be much larger than the pictures let on, which was a nice bonus.

Amazing time in park city

Very comfortable condo, conveniently located just 8 mins walk away from the slopes. Grocery store, pharmacy all within walking distance. We had a great stay and hope to be back.

Great Place

Super convenient to everything Park City. Place was perfect for our family vacation. We skied Park city, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude all from this location and it was great. One suggestion, Friday and Saturday nights make dinner reservation as the Town cant handle the amount of vacationers .

Excellent stay, all as advertised.

Owner Tom, and his point person Jessica couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Condo is steps from local free shuttle, although its also close enough to walk to both Park City resort and downtown. Everything was clean and comfortable - the whole family loved it.

Excellent Hospitality and Location

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s condo and loved all the amenities. We were so close to the Park City lifts and Main Street that we did not need to rent a car. The condo fit six adults very comfortably and it was great to have three bathrooms. Tom is a gracious host and we can’t wait to come back to his condo next year.

Amazing condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo came complete with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, puzzles and games, multiple coffee makers for the family and a complete kitchen, full of supplies and easy to navigate. Conveniently located within walking distance of Main Street, the grocery store, and park city mountain. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

Condo has a great location with free shuttle right out front and easy walk to stores. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner and manager was very easy. They were very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

10/10 Condo. Will stay here on next trip to Park City

8 of us stayed in this Condo for our annual ski trip. The Condo was well located within walking distance to the lifts. There are plenty of bus stops to take you where ever you need to go within town. The condo was well maintained and very comfortable. We had 8 adults and everyone had plenty of space. Thank you Tom and Jessica for the stay.

excellent trip

Perfect condo for 7 adults! close to lifts - bus right outside unit. cozy fireplace - great kitchen supplies including condiments in fridge. check-in easy. Felt spacious. We ate dinner in the condo every night - big table to sit around and play games. Thanks!

Fabulous, Cozy, and Friendly!

We had a wonderful time at Tom's condo during Sundance! He and Jessica are fantastic hosts, communicative, receptive, and kind. The condo is spacious, well equipped, and great for groups - we were comfortable and felt so welcome. The location is perfect for skiing and festival going. You can walk easily to the buses, the base of Park City Mountain Resort, etc. I've been coming to Park City for years and I can't wait to come back. By far one of my favorite stays. Thank you, Tom!

Great location but HVAC…

The location is great and also the renovations are nice… but the HVAC system did not work well. It was very slow to heat up and frankly for the price we paid, was disappointing. Can’t recommend this property for the price.

Honest review- Still old, outdated and broken HVAC

The condo itself is beautifully renovated - the couch was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The ease of getting to the mountain was great- with a bus stop right outside the door. Ample parking available if you rent a car. However, I cannot recommend this listing due to the outdated and broken HVAC system, which struggled to maintain temp and stopped working completely twice through the very cold week. Previous reviews stated HVAC concerns however, received response from owners/ host stating it had been repaired which I don’t think were accurate. Unfortunately, we spent many hours of our vacation corresponding with host and waiting on repairmen. Upon discussing with the host our displeasure with this, the issue was downplayed and we were advised she would speak with the owner. I have received no additional correspondence from either party. Save yourself some grief and discomfort on your hard earned vacation and explore other properties. For the considerable price of the rental- we expected more.

Family, friends and fun! Perfect Get-Away Home!

Love this property. 6 adults stayed here and it was spacious enough to hang out or eat together and also have our own quiet time places. It was key that we all had our own full bathrooms. The heated pool is awesome. No one ever used it but us, every day after skiing. It's about 98 degrees. We liked it better than a hot tub. We walked to the ski hill, it was faster than driving and finding parking. Park City Resort has awesome skiing! The living room faces the ski hill. It was so nice each morning to have coffee and a fire and plan our day while looking at the mountain. If you want to visit the famous Main Street., it's a 20 minute walk to Main Street. You could also drive or take the bus. Grocery shopping is across the street. This is literally the best located condo. Also, the owner provided everything from dishwashing tabs to pool towels. We will stay here again. On a side note, the third bedroom has a twin and a double. It's perfect for 2 teens or two people not wanting to sleep together, but not for a couple. The other 2 bedrooms are big and spacious. The owner and property manager are both extremely helpful. The owner suggested Blue Boar for an excellent, fancy German restaurant off the beaten path. We went and loved it! Really close to the Blue Boar is a geothermal crater. Look up Homestead Resort Crater. You can reserve a time to float, snorkel, or scuba dive. It's so cool! 98 degrees heated from the Earth's core. We did it on our last day. It was a very relaxing way to end our active week. Oh, and this place has a garage. It snowed every day. I saw people scraping off their car rentals. We just pulled ours out of the garage! Something else that's very convenient to this location, Cole Sports shares the same parking lot. We ran over there to rent snowboards and snow shoes. Also, if you think you need a car rental, there's an Enterprise nearby. They will drop the car off for you and it's cheaper than renting at the airport. Also, not far from the rental is the Olympic Village. We booked a bobsled ride. It was so worth it. Overall you can't go wrong staying at this spacious, well stocked and located condo.

The Best

Great Location, great unit. This unit and location made for the best vacation in Park City we have ever had. Located at the mountain base and on the golf course and we walked everywhere. A slice of heaven. The condo has everything you could ask for. Owner/Mgt is responsive to any needs including tips for the best in Park City. Wish I could live there!!

Just wrapped up an 11 day stay and had a great experience here. As other reviews indicate, this is a clean and well maintained condo in a great location. Both the owner and local property manager were a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

Amazing accommodations / terrific host

I cannot sing Tom (owner) nor Jessica’s (local property manage) praises enough. Immediately after booking, Tom reached out to tell me more about the property and make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He too is a skier and shared the lay of the land. He was open and willing to work with us should anything impede our plans during Covid. The week before, he once again confirmed we had what we needed for our arrival ans stay. He even shared some local dining suggestions (Grub Steak was a great call). Once there, we were blown away by the condo. It exceeded the description and pictures. It was comfortable, well provisioned, and ready for our week in Park City. The location is perfect for whatever plans you may have in the area. In our case, groceries were just across the street and Park City Mountain’s Payday and Crescent lifts was walkable (you will be on them within 10 minutes from the front door). At the end of the week, Jessica was amazing in helping with our questions and offered to take our unopened groceries to the local food bank. We will absolutely book with Tom again. Thank you, Tom and Jessica, for the perfect week.

Amazing place - will stay again

This place is great - very roomy and in a perfect location. Takes less than 10 min to walk to the base of Park City ski resort and less than 20 to walk to the heart of Park City town (there is also a bus that will take you to both and ample parking). The condo is very clean and comfortably fit 6 people. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Park City. The check in process is also seamless.

Great Park City Condo

Our expectations at Tom’s condo was top notch all the way around. Both Tom and the local property manger were always responsive to questions and helpful with lots of recommendations. The Condo is a spacious and a nice layout for families. It is located on the bus line but close enough to walk to ski, grocery store, Starbucks etc. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Park City Condo

Wonderful condominium and a fantastic location. My wife and I took our 5 children ages 18-22 on a ski vacation to Park City. The owner was extremely accommodating and our stay was excellent. A very short walk to the Park City mountain base as well as convenient to downtown Park City. The condo was spacious and very functional for our family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Park City. My family will be booking this property again next year.

It was our "Home Away from Home"

The property was very comfortable and in a great location, The kitchen was great size, lots of counter space. I love to cook and the kitchen is furnished with everything a cook would need. We had a wonderful summer relaxing in this wonderful condo.

Great Week in PC!

This unit was perfect for our group. It was very well furnished and appointed with a prime location very close to the resort. There is a bus stop right in front of the building but we walked most days to and from the resort. Tom (owner) and Jessica (local manager) were excellent communicators throughout the check-in and check-out procedures. I would return to without hesitation.
