Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools. Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars.

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We slept 6 people comfortably. Everything was as pictured. You could hear the ocean well even though it was on the 10th floor. We could see dolphins from the balcony. There are no beach items - no beach chairs, no sand toys and no beach towels so bring those. There are pool towels, you just can't take them to the beach.

Fun in Myrtle Beach

This place was great, location was excellent. View from the 10th floor balcony rocked! 3 Bars in the resort with excellent and very awesome bartenders! Definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in a prime location and a great resort to stay here. Live Long & Prosper!

Family Vacation

Very nice and spacious room. Room was clean and just as described. A/C wasn’t working when we first arrived but was repaired within a very short time. Only thing I didn’t like was some of the info they requested prior to check in. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family Vacation 2024

The resort is wonderful and had great service when using the restaurant, Starbucks, or pool area. Loved the parking right outside the condo. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and there was an issue with water leaking in from the balcony from the storm and maintenance come promptly over to repair the problem. Only down side was we did see bugs in the condo but being from the south and living by the water it is not an uncommon occurrence. Over all we enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

Great view and resort!

It was my family’s first time in Myrtle Beach and we had a wonderful time. This condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great with amazing views. The resort was so much fun and great for any age. It never felt over crowded at any of the pools or lazy river. I had a few questions prior to our stay, Julie, the host replied promptly and was very helpful. If you have never been to Myrtle Beach I would definitely recommend going, there is a lot to do!! This condo is located in a less busy area on the main beach road but all of the attractions are within less than 10 miles.

The overall condo was nice. The entry door to the room is severely hanging and is very hard to open and close. Check-In instructions directed us to park across the street which we did and used carts to take everything to the 10th floor. It wasn’t until we got to the room did we find out that we could park on 10th floor attached parking garage which would have made unloading so much easier. The waterslide was not open (even though it’s supposed to be per website) and I don’t think they have the mini putt putt golf anymore so that was misleading. The garbage being on the 1st floor only is very inconvenient. For a complex this large there should be a garbage chute because having to take it from the 10th floor every time was not fun. The condo was very spacious and clean.

Update on stay

It was was easy to check in! I don’t like the fact the right at 4 they send code and want to charge early any other condo I stay at will provide it early (if available which most of the time is) and definitely won’t charge for it! Dishes in cabinets were dirty and you could tell the cleaning was not done good all around bottoms of toilets were dirty! Half the plug ins in kitchen don’t work! Tv in one bedroom did not work reached out to host about it and didn’t get any response back about the tv!

Also, regarding the codes being sent, we only send them at check-in time to protect the unit until it is ready and safety of our guests. Id for big fish

I did not like 2 weeks before going down the big fish wanted a picture of my drivers license and a picture of my credit card. Everything was already paid for in advance. I do not know how there security is and if they were ever hacked had way to much of my information. I disputed with them and they let it go. I have know problem showing front desk my id. Information like that should be presented when making the purchase. Not a week before. Ive rented through vrbo before and never asked for that kind of information.

June 2023 stay

The condo is well positioned with a view over the pool and ocean. There are multiple pools to choose from and chairs always seemed available. The beach sand is soft and chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the city. The beds are firm but functional. Parking is convenient on the top floor of the parking garage very close to the door of the condo. There are minimal toiletries/paper products provided. There were no paper towels, sponges, napkins, or trash bags provided. There was one towel in the kitchen with a hole in it. You can get extra toilet paper from the front desk. The provided toiletries are not of great quality and small in volume. You will need your own if you're staying for more than a night or two. The dryer does not vent outside and instead vents into the laundry room and on top of a sprinkler head. But it was nice to have a washer and dryer readily available. Communication for check in and check out was very clear from the property management company. Communication during the visit done via text regarding a contractor they were having come in was confusing and often took hours for a response.
