You'll love the vaulted ceilings, upgraded appliances, 85” smart TV and all-new furnishings. Two bedrooms have sliders to access the back porch, which runs the length of the house and overlooks the Indian River Lagoon Preserve State Park, the most biologically diverse refuge in North America. The preserve offers walking/biking/jogging paths that lead to the Indian River.
This rental includes private parking at the beach, which is a block away.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven, and the fenced back yard provides worry-free fun for your dogs. You'll love the peaceful ‘old Florida’ setting and the sunset/refuge views from the living area and two bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, with which can be raised with the push of a button for reading and drinking coffee in the am, and the master bath features a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms include queen beds and there are ceiling fans throughout, with central AC. A two car garage is ready to hold your toys. You'll also get access to, as far as I'm concerned, the best the East Coast of Florida can offer: fishing, a great food store 5 miles away, surfing, walking/hiking/jogging, beaches that cannot be beat, excellent restaurants, great locals who will wave as you're driving by ... and the nightlife of Vero, Sebastian and Cocoa Beach.
Almost forgot, it's one block to a beach that offers spectacular launches from the Kennedy Space Center (don't miss the night launches) and a few short miles to Sebastian Inlet, one of Florida's best fishing and surfing spots, and right down the road from the nation's first National Wildlife Refuge, Pelican Island - established in 1903 by President Theodore Roosevelt.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-90 day minimum for rentals, with possible exceptions. Please contact me for more info.
-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-1 house trained dog allowed under 20lbs. If bigger or more than one please inquire before booking.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Smoking/Vaping is only allowed outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood, so no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any issues and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-2 cars in garage and 2 vehicles max in driveway
-Guests agree to clean the grill grates and grease trap after each use.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
