Ocean View Vacation Rental at White Sands Village.

We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views and dreamy sunsets from our large covered lanai. Our home is almost oceanfront, located one unit from the front of the southern Keauhou building! Walk just 70 steps to one of Kona's best sandy beaches or travel one mile south to the famous Kahalu'u Beach Park where you can enjoy extraordinary snorkeling. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have just upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system with a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest!

White Sands Village offers many resort style amenities including pool, spa, sauna and free tennis courts.


What you can expect: Fresh linens and towels, new furniture, a well appointed kitchen and beach equipment for you to enjoy. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, Free WIFI, and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo. Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms and large lanai. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors.

Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as pool, spa, sauna, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Our large lanai is the perfect place for meals with amazing sunset views!

Nearby : Directly across from Magic Sands Beach. Minutes away from great snorkeling at Kahalu'u Bay! Protected, clear bay and lots of Sea Turtles. KTA grocery store, Long's drug store, L&L Hawaiian BBQ. Kona's best golfing!

*We love having children stay with us but please be aware when booking that due to our complex rules, children who are not toilet trained will not be allowed in the swimming pool. We are sorry for this strict rule. The complex does supply a kiddie pool for use in the pool area. Mahalo.*

Great stay

Very clean condo. We loved the location and watching and listening to the ocean from the unit. The complex is very well kept, pool and grill areas are excellent. Highly recommend!

Great condo with great amenities!

This condo is across the street from the beach plus has one of the nicest pools in Kona. We also enjoyed the pool table and pickleball. We especially appreciated a working ice maker which seems to be rare in many rentals. The people at the beach can be loud, but we used the provided fans to block out any noise at night. Highly recommend this place!!

Well priced, wonderful unit!

My husband, 9 yr old daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this White Sands Village condo.We loved the location being right across the street from the beach. We made use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, which was great for the beach. The beach has a large swell when we were there, so we didn't go in too deep as there were a lot of boogie boarders and the current was strong, but we still had lots of fun. It was also nice that the beach had a lifeguard. We also greatly enjoyed the pool at the unit when my daughter decided there was too much sand at the beach!The unit itself was nice and well equipped. The balcony was quite large and also had a ceiling fan. The unit had air conditioning, which we made use of and kept things cool.The only thing we didn't care for was the location of the parking spot. It was a bit of a trek to the unit and although there is an elevator, stairs are unavoidable, so bringing our luggage and groceries in was a bit of a pain.That said, overall we really enjoyed the unit and I thought the pricing was very good for the area. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we wanted to enjoy beach and pool time

Amazing location and home

Well appointed home with everything we needed for our beach excursions. Amazing view and location. Home was clean and just like the pictures. An amazing place to enjoy Kona and the Island. Would recommend to anyone (or family) looking to make lasting memories.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our month at this property, it's probably my favorite place we've ever rented! The space was clean and well decorated, the sofa bed was extremely comfortable, Denise (the property manager) was so nice and professional. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the beach across the street, town, Waimea, and all kinds of adventures. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations! We highly recommend this property to anyone, mahalo for making our stay so perfect!

Amazing condo and location!!

We stayed in March 2024. We are a family of 6 - 2 grandparents, my husband and I and 2 kids. The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans, and has a crock. The condo has A/C which is preset to 72F and cannot be made any cooler. We were worried it would be too warm but every room has a fan which we turned on at night and had no complaints about temperature. The balcony has the BEST view!! We woke up every morning to the sound of ocean waves and watched the sunset every evening. The beach across is very rough and dangerous for swimming. We often heard the lifeguard on the loud speaker warning people of it being one of the most dangerous beaches. Large waves with lava rock on shore which you could get pushed onto. Location: the complex is right on Alii’i drive which had loud traffic going back and forth, which we didn’t mind, but if you are looking for peace and quiet while sitting outside, this is not the place for you. Stairs: the complex does have an elevator to get you to the 2nd floor, however the hallway to get to the condo is staggered as the building was built on a slope so you still have to go down 6 stairs to be able to get to the condo. Keep this in mind if stairs and mobility is a problem for you. Beds: the beds in both bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and we had the best sleeps! The pullout couch is very, very uncomfortable, hard and you can feel all the springs. Thank you for having us. We will be back!!

Amazing stay with sunset views!

Such a wonderful place with Island inspied decor! Our family had a great holiday, with every detail covered by our host Kira! A great kitchen with the extras, comfortable beds, views of the sunset from the lanai! We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas & snorkeling gear provided. Would love to come back again!❤

Awesome condo in awesome location

The place is incredible! Well stocked with necessities and beach equipment. Magic Sands Beach right across the street. Great clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs and even a great pool table. Best place we've stayed in our trips to Hawaii. We'll be back I hope! Also, big shout out to Sean, the night ops guy. Super nice guy!

Perfect location

The balcony is fantastic. We chose to pick up poke and eat outside because the view was so great. It is a large balcony with multiple seating and a great view of Magic Sands Beach. You can walk across the street to the beach to watch sunset and to eat at Magic Sands Grill. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. It is very nice to have two bathrooms for two couples. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning! I left a souvenir there when we checked out and the housekeeper offered to mail it to me. So kind and thoughtful although it was my mistake. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Spot!

We had an amazing stay. The condo for our needs perfectly. A quick walk across the street to Magic Sands Beach for boogie boarding, a mile south to great snorkeling, and sunset dinners on the lanai were our favorites. The beds were comfortable, the parking spot was needed for us, and the condo was well-stocked with beach chairs, biggie boards, towels, etc. Enjoy your stay here, and don’t worry about a thing!

Ocean view

Really loved the place! Loved having a pool and hot tub to add to relaxation of the trip! Walked to dinner, everything was easy and the background sound of the waves with morning coffee and lulling you to sleep was wonderful! We wished we had booked this place for the rest of our stay on the island! Also stocked with all the necessities that you dont want to have to purchase when u are on vacation. Love that!

Fabulous stay

We have been frequent visitors to the Big Island for the last 20+ years. We live in Washington state and love to be able to escape to the warmth of Kona whenever we can. We have three children who share our love of the Islands. Kona holds a very special place in our hearts. We were married at the Keauhou Resort in 2001. We hope to retire in this amazing location and continue to enjoy it with our children and grandchildren for years to come.

In 2010, we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase our dream vacation home at White Sands Village. We have always loved this location and it was always our first choice when looking into reservations. When we first walked into our unit we knew we had found our perfect home. Our children were so excited they were going to return again and again to their favorite beach, Magic Sands. There have been many trips to White Sands Village when we have spent most of our time right here at Magic Sands!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are so many wonderful benefits to enjoy while staying in our home. From the sound of the waves to the amazing view. Our home is very comfortable and so convenient. We enjoy meals out on the lanai and spend hours out there reading or chatting or just enjoying the tropical breeze coming off the ocean. The 'commute' to the ocean is the best part...less than a minute and you're there! It's simply perfection!
