Great 2 story Lakefront home with large dock. 195 ft. shoreline. Large lot with asphalt to your doorway. Whether it's fishing, relaxing, boating, or just enjoying time with old friends, you'll find what you're looking for in this 2600+ sq.ft. home. Dock has now been updated and is a favorite to hang out and enjoy the water! Hate dock ladders?? Check out the stairs leading into the water! Now anyone can safely get in and out of water!

If you are looking for a place for loud parties, this is not the place. Our neighborhood is quiet and respectful.
Fully furnished including fishing poles and tackle. Even a cooler and ice for your favorite beverages to stay chilled without constant trips to a convenience store.
Located at 3 mile marker across from Village Marina.
King size beds in 3 bedrooms and 4th bedroom has 2 queen size beds. 2 master bedrooms have large walk-in tiled showers.

This is the perfect place to gather with friends and enjoy the benefits of being in one location

Great stay!

The house was great, the dock was great (perfect setup for our tandem kayaks) and like most places on the Lake on the 4th, plenty of fireworks all around us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing was that it doesn't do it justice! There was plenty of room for all of us (11) to either be all together or get quiet time away from the group. There were plenty of tables and chairs for us - inside, outside and down on the dock. We are already booking our trip back for next year!

Very nice and fun. Had a great time.

Came with a total of 11 moms for a weekend get away. Great place to stay. Plenty of room to socialize and relax. Loved having an ice maker and washer and dryer. Plenty of bathrooms and hot water. Love the double ovens. Had the hot tub rocking and the fire pit blazing. So much fun. We will definitely be back.

Thanksgiving visit

Summer place for sure. It worked for Thanksgiving to give us all a place to be together but not lots to do around the area. No wood for outside fire pit but we found out own. A bit too crowded of a place for me to return in summer but good for a large group and well stocked

I’m sorry you booked over Thanksgiving and expected it to be summertime. I’m not sure what you meant about it being crowded? If you choose to bring a lot of people, thats your choice. The wood for the firepit was in the driveway, you can’t miss it. Not sure why you would give our place 4 Stars because of when you chose to book and how many you brought with you. I guess thats why you left the house filthy.

FALL FROLIC

We were a party of 3 couples who wanted a fall get away weekend, This property fulfilled all our needs. Located at waters edge with ample outdoor & indoor space. Outdoors the fire pit, hot tub, grill, and patio tv were all utilized. Indoors the well stocked kitchen was great as each couple prepared a meal. A large table made dining and game playing comfortable. A large tv was perfect for watching football games. The pool table an added bonus. The bedrooms were large with comfortable king beds. A couple suggestions would be to have printed instructions for TV, Dish/cable operation and check on a slow draining hall shower. That said I would rent this property again and found the owners very good to work with.

Thanks so much for the great review! We do love that we have so much out door space to enjoy! We will definately get instructions for the TV's, thanks for the suggestion. I will also take care of that shower, I've noticed it while cleaning it and have simply forgotten to do something more about it but rest assured I won't forget now! Great deck!

We just returned from our time at Liquid Relaxation and that is exactly what it was. I loved the deck with the porch swing, lots of outside seating and a hot tub. My favorite thing was just to take in the beauty if the lake from the porch swing. The deck/porch is covered, so even though it rained a bunch while we were there, we still got to go outside and enjoy. The 4 bedrooms with king sized beds were nice with 4 bathrooms. The downstairs space is large and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen is very well stocked and they included so many extras in the house like a washer and dryer, shampoo in the showers, hair dryer, and even the alarm clock in our bedroom had two outlets to plug in my phone and tablet. The owners were very accommodating. My grandson tipped over a small glass table and broke it. The owners were more concerned for his safety than the loss of the table. The only downside I found was that the upstairs door opens from the inside even when locked, so it was hard to keep my adventuresome grandson in. Also, the road to get there is very narrow and looks like a lane instead of a road, so it was hard to find. Overall, it is a great property to stay in!!!

Great family getaway

Great, quiet location. Plenty of room for everyone. The dock space was fun and had easy access in and out of the water. Kitchen was roomy and had just about everything we needed. Grocery store was about 20 minutes away, but easy to get to.

Had an amazing stay at this property. The view was awesome, whether is was 6am or 10pm we enjoyed relaxing on the patio taking in the scenery. This property has lots of space and many bathrooms. Host does request all towels be washed and in dryer before you leave. If you would like to shower the morning you leave, I recommend bringing a towel so you are not in a rush to wash. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Location on the Lake

The home is an older home but you can see where they have done some updates. All the bedrooms are upstairs with the living space is downstairs. Be prepared to carry all your food and drinks down the stairs. We found using the outside stairs and going through the patio doors to be easier for carrying in our groceries. Living space is open and welcoming. When working in the kitchen, you are not isolated from everyone else. It had a good set of cookware which is not normal in these types of rentals. If they do not have something you need to cook with, you have not looked in all the storage locations. We had a few minor issues, most we were able to resolve ourselves. Heidi was quick to respond with tips or suggestions on how to resolve the issue. We lived on the back porch and the boat dock when we were not out in our boat fishing or cruising the lake. Excellent land markers for getting back to the house when out on the lake. The road to the house and driveway is another matter. It is long and narrow. The narrow driveway is a pull through with wider parking space on one end. We thought we could pull through with our boat and park it for the evening. We found out quickly we could not. Due to the retaining wall, open covert for drainage and the rail to prevent you from driving into the house (all very necessary), there was no room. When had to go to the far entrance and try to back the boat and trailer (18' pontoon boat) into the wider area of the driveway. The road is narrow and the driveway is very steep, There was virtually no maneuvering space. Husband ended up scrapping paint of the front corner of the bumper. Getting the trailer back in after off loading the boat was no picnic either. We quickly determined that loading the boat back on the trailer would be completed as we were heading home. I can see where during the summer months, a family could really utilize the dock for swimming and fishing or just relaxing. They even have a stereo system in the boat shed for listening to music why hanging out on the dock.

Best stay ever!!

There was 6 of us that stayed October 9-16. There was room for double that amount or more. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's better! All 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms are upstairs. Three of the king size bedrooms have large windows that show off the lake. There's a small room with a twin size bed downstairs. All furniture was super comfy! There was an amazing bonus massage chair in the living room. The kitchen table with the lazy Susan in the middle was so nice. There are now 2 tables with 8 chairs on the patio next to the large jacuzzi in which our family loved all week. The boathouse was totally unexpected. My family caught 12 fish in 30 minutes which made a great addition to our steak dinner we were already preparing. We bought worms down the road at the gas station to catch them with the poles that were already in the boathouse. There's a closet full of games and puzzles. Washer n dryer were very nice. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have the best week! Thank you again Heidi!!

Great large group accommodations!

We had a group of 13 (+ four other adults that slept at a near by condo) ranging from age 3 to 67. There was plenty of sleeping and lounging space without feeling like we were cramped. The dock was amazing to hang out on, swim off of, and keep our boat and jetski's. There was also ample parking. We had boat trailer, dual jetski trailer, and at times 5 full size vehicles. The owner was very easy to contact when questions arose.

Perfect for a large group.

Perfect for large groups!

We had an extended family group aged 8-87 and the property accommodated everyone! Our mom stayed in the small room on the main floor so she didn’t have to go up and down the stairs as much and could walk right out on the deck. There were 4 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. All very good sized with comfortable beds and soft sheets. The large kitchen, dining, living area was open and had plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent mornings and evenings on the covered deck. It had 2 tables with chairs for lots of seating. The hot tub was clean and looked to be newer. We spent a lot of time on the expansive dock. There were sunny areas and shade. It had tables, chairs, loungers and a shed with plenty of fishing poles and floaties. Even had a radio with a speaker on the deck for listening to music. We did not have access to a boat slip which would have been nice but we were able to tie up to the side of the dock. There was a jet ski lift that was available. The owner was very responsive to questions. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations and we will definitely stay here again if the need arises!

Family Reunited

Liquid relaxation is an understatement! Well stocked kitchen! Flat lot made lake accessible all ages! Great fishing, swimming, watercrafting, hot tubing! Property Owner Heidi responded to inquires timely, often within minutes.. Spectacularly comfortable beds, quiet cove, perfect weather. Most importantly - many wonderful memories with our family! A good property

It was an okay property. The hot tub was not clean and really gross. There was random holes in the wall then screwed back together. The location was really nice. Overall it was a good property to stay at.

Well, interesting that the girls you booked for said they had a great time and no complaints. I went against better judgement and let a group of young girls stay as a senior trip without an adult in the group. The girls left the house in decent shape. I found food wrappers and drink cups shoved behind nightstands and other strange places. I did notice the hot tub was nasty but didn’t say anything, I usually just drain, clean and start fresh and never complain to the guest. So maybe you should ask the girls what happened there. After finding mens shower products left in the showers, I can assume that these girls had male friends join them. My neighbors confirmed it. I’m not sure what you meant about random screws in the walls. That’s interesting. Overall, they were respectful but after seeing this review, I would not accept them back again.

Winter Vacation December 2020

They thought of everything one would need! We did not lack anything and even had some extra surprises. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and we were all very comfortable with the provisions. I would stay here again. Good value for the money.

Thanksgiving vacation

What an amazing stay we had at “Liquid Relaxation” during our family vacation! This house has EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay without having to venture out anywhere during the time of Covid restrictions. The boys all enjoyed the fishing opportunities that the boat house offered. We spent half our days hanging out on the back porch or the boat slip enjoying the sun. Every evening ended with a wonderful dip in the hot tub. It was too cold for us to get in the lake water in November but we certainly did not miss out on any fun. I personally enjoyed daily nature walks and loved seeing all the beautiful views, deer and birds. This house came WELL EQUIPPED which is a huge plus when you are having to prepare all your own meals because of Covid restrictions. We read the reviews ahead of time so we were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to haul all our food plus all the required bakeware, appliances, etc. One of my biggest pet peeves in renting houses is when they don’t have many kitchen items, coffee or even Kleenex and soap. However, this house had everything we needed in the kitchen. They had both a Kuerig and a regular coffee maker and actually provided both types of coffee. The extra ice maker in the laundry area was also helpful. They had Kleenex and nice quality toilet paper (big plus)! Each of the bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you forget your beach towels, they even provided those! We had ample sleeping accommodations for 4 adults and 4 teenagers without stepping on everyone’s toes! Again, I can’t say enough good things about our phenomenal stay here! My only wish is that we had gone during a non-Covid restriction time so we could have checked out area restaurants, too! This location was an 8+ hour destination for us and, even with 2 travel days, we would definitely like to visit again! Definitely a destination vacation! Thank you so much for opening up your home to our families!

Excellent place, wonderful hosts.

When Covid locked us down, we wanted a place where we could enjoy our summer without unnecessary exposure to others. Lake of the Ozarks turned out to be a great choice. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area for those that want to mingle. But for us, jet skiing and hanging out in the hot tub was a great way to keep to ourselves for a week. We were able to rent jet skis right across the inlet, only a minute away. The rooms were spacious and we spent most of our days in the shade of the giant dock structure on the water. The neighborhood was quiet on an otherwise noisy lake. There are fancier places for more money, and not as nice places for less. For our needs, I found it to be great value and a great location.

This was our second trip to Heidi's property and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed feeding the ducks, fishing and just relaxing on the porch. Being able to use the tri-toon boat for our evening cruises made lots of great memories with the family. Thanks again for another memorable vacation!

Great House - Perfect Location!

Highly recommend! Owner was very friendly and accommodating - no issues whatsoever. We stayed with 2 other couples and this was the perfect house for a long weekend getaway. So well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. The hot tub was fantastic and the location is great. We rented the pontoon boat and had an absolute blast exploring the lake and the many restaurants and bars. Definitely worth the extra money to have a nice boat right at the house. And The Boat House Lakeside Bar & Grill directly across the cove from the house was great - we may have ended every night there:-) The house is actually nicer than the photos portray.

We had a wonderful time at Liquid Relaxation! The home is set up perfectly and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, grill tools. We enjoyed the large living area, the deck, hot tub, Tritoon boat, swimming off the deck, grilling. The owners were very responsive! Wonderful place!
