The white shores of the beach are only one mile away, so spend your oceanside retreat wisely and rent paddleboards or boats to make the most out of your time on the water. Entertain your loved ones with wonderful amenities including a sparkling pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell for safety.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Make yourself at home and rest on the plush furniture, stream a movie marathon on the large TV, or serve brunch on the covered porch and enjoy the sunroom. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, where they'll make memories that'll last a lifetime. Additional perks include beach equipment (chairs, tent, umbrella, cooler, beach buggy, and boogie boards).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For little guests, baby gates and a Pack N Play are provided.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
