Enjoy the tranquil beauty of this Luxury Palm Villas ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This special unit has been recently upgraded and includes new Air Conditioning, Kitchen Appliances and Washer/Dryer. The private lanai is complete with a wet bar and gas grill with beautiful views of the Historic Nature Preserve and sunsets. This Condo has a garage and assigned Parking Trellis. Beach and pool supplies are provided.

The Palm Villas at the Mauna Lani is a gated community of just 44 exclusively designed condos with luxurious tropical grounds, a beautiful pool, with natural water features, jacuzzi and onsite Fitness Center.

Enjoy all the benefits of the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort which includes : exclusive access to The Mauna Lani Beach Club, miles of Walking Trails, Ancient Fish Ponds, Black Sand Beach, Historic Nature Preserve, Championship Golf, World Class Restaurants, nearby Shopping, Wellness and Tennis Center(Additional cost service), Ancient Petroglyph Park, two Luxury Hotels and fabulous sea life.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home had everything and more you'd want from a tropical vacation. Great kitchen, great outdoor area, great pool, great location, great access to beach club, plenty of space, a garage. We checked out the nearby resort which was beautiful but we feel like we got the better deal because we had two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor area with a grill and a private garage.

Very clean and great amenities - lovely pool plus beach club

We were very happy with our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and management was responsive. Well appointed kitchen, great proximity to lovely pool and also access to the beach club! Food land for groceries is nearby as well as juice bar, coffee bar, and great restaurants at the Auberge Mauna Lani.

Love Palm Villas

Such a hidden gem. It's quiet and beautiful. You can walk to the beach and across the street to the gym and tennis courts. Condo was clean and extremely comfortable.

Great condo. Love the view and bottom floor lanai. Pool and hot tub are very nice. It is a small complex so very quiet. Great location to walk the fish ponds and access to the Mauna Lani beach club. Will stay again.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Ideal Location and Amenities!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was having the pool just steps away—perfect for a morning swim or unwinding in the afternoon. Even better, we had access to the nearby beach club, which made beach days super easy and added that extra touch of luxury to our trip.The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, convenient, and with all the resort-style perks you’d hope for. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt like we were in paradise.Highly recommend this spot—we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Big Island vacation

4 days in early December-- great location, responsive manager, extremely clean and well-appointed---high quality bedding and towels-- plus amenities like shampoo, soap and dishwasher/ washing machine pods-Really nice neighborhood--quiet and safe, but within walking distance of the Mauna Lani hotel (restaurants, bar)--and a short drive to several malls/grocery stores. The beach and restaurant at the Beach Club were both great--with excellent snorkeling available right from the beach and ample parking (with parking pass). Location is great-- not too far from the airport-- and nice location for exploring other parts of the island. Excellent options for running/walking from the condominium.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the quiet, the space and AC inside, and the outside lanai with BBQ grill during sunsets. Unit was well-stocked with essentials, including everything we needed in the kitchen during our stay (e.g., plenty of paper towels, trash and zip lock bags, and coffee filters, some seasoning, coffee grinder, blender, and ice). Community pool (pictured) 200 feet away, plus access to resort trails and Beach Club kept us entertained for 4 days. Good instructions and communication with management company. Thanks!

What makes this property fantastic is the ability to go to the beach club and have access to a pool.Inside the condo is the minimum you need for cooking and managing your own meals. If you want to cook - bring what you need - spices, etc. There is no minimal supply of salt, pepper and the like.Walk to Foodland - Costco is close. All in all a great little oasis!Management company very attentive-

Sunny Quiet Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful nine days. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was clean and comfortable. We did have a couple of initial requests when we arrived. The realty company was very prompt to respond to our requests to our satisfaction. In fact, they went above and beyond the call of duty. The reason my wife and I always stay up in the Kohala area of the big island, is it is the sunniest spot in all the in Hawaiian islands. You could have clouds everywhere else on the island, and it is almost always sunny here. And if you want some clouds and greenery, it’s literally a 15 minute drive up to Waimea where you would swear you are in Scotland. When we come back to the big island, and I’m sure we will, we will definitely see if this unit is available when we are coming again.

Our little ones had a blast in the resort pool, and the access to the beach club was a bonus! We checked out lots of other beaches but always ended up going back to the Beach Club. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and then some! We did not cook in the unit as we were busy exploring most days but all the appliances looked new. The property team was so easy to contact and were fast at getting back to us when we needed a late checkout because our flight was a red eye. We enjoyed the proximity to so many different restaurants. We walked to the Auberge Resort and also to the Mauna Lani Coffee shop daily. There were lots of other places in walking distance like Foodland and other retail stores.Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a relaxed vacation!
