Welcome to this charming tri-level pool house, conveniently located in a peaceful North Columbus neighborhood just a stone's throw away from fantastic shopping centers. The house spans 2000 sqf and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for large families. The fenced-in backyard is a safe place for kids to play, and the playground provides endless entertainment. The house also boasts an inviting sunroom that's perfect for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room ideal for family movie nights. For the teenagers and the young at heart, there is a game room downstairs to keep everyone entertained. A great location to spend family gathering or holiday getaway.

★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:

Our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:

NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues.

No constant barking or disturbances are allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well-behaved and will be trained to be quiet.

Non-aggressive breeds only, no history of aggression, 50 lb limit, and $100 per animal per stay dog fee (non-refundable). This applies to reservations up to one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee is $100 per pet per week (non-refundable).

Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard and not left unattended at any time.

Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached in case they become lost, and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents.

Please avoid any pet mess inside or outside the house. Guests are required to remove all traces of an animal being present at the property. Please pick up their waste and dispose of it accordingly. Bring a cover for our couches and chairs if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you.

You will need to disclose if you are bringing a pet. Please let us know the pet's breed, number, and weight at the time of booking.

ISSUES DURING STAY:
So we can maintain a high standard throughout your stay and to help us address any concerns quickly and ensure the best experience possible, we kindly ask that any issues be reported during the guest’s stay. Any issues reported after stay can't be taken into consideration, as we won’t have the opportunity to assess or address them in real time.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement costs exceed the deposit amount.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:
All guests must be declared, regardless of whether they are staying or just visiting. Staying guests must be registered and acknowledged. Failure to register or declare any guests will result in a penalty of $30 per guest, per day.

SECURITY CAMERA:
Any tampering with or covering of cameras compromises the security of the property. If they are altered in any way, it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
There is a $30 per guest per night fee for any guest beyond 6 people.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Early Check-In: $25 per hour.
Late Check-Out: For late check-outs requested by 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will apply. Requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 per 15 minutes.

NO PARKING ON THE LAWN:

Kindly avoid parking on the lawn, as it is not permitted and helps maintain the property's condition.

NO RVs ALLOWED:
RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed on the driveway or along the street to ensure a smooth experience for all guests and neighbors.

SUPPLIES:
We offer a starter pack of supplies. Guests staying longer or with more people will need to purchase additional supplies for the remaining days.

EATING OR DRINKING:
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

SMOKING:
There is no smoking of any kind inside the house. A $150 smoking fee will be charged for violations.

DRUGS:
If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs, the authorities will be contacted and guests will be asked to vacate the property. The reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed. If guests are found to have hosted a party that results in extra cleaning or disturbances, extra cleaning charges will apply. If the disruptions alert neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property and the reservation will be canceled immediately without refund.

QUIET HOURS:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

TOWELS & LINENS:
Please help us maintain the quality of our linens and towels. Avoid staining them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, wine, or food spills. Use personal wipes or designated products for makeup removal instead of towels. Towels are for drying off after showers only and should not be used for spills or cleaning floors. Excessive staining or damage may result in a replacement fee.

ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY:
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening the stay or reducing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Late requests will not be accommodated. In these cases, only 50% of the original refund amount will be issued.

LONG-TERM STAYS:
For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to maintain the property. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance. Cost is $230 per cleaning.

OTHER:
- Charging electric vehicles using the property’s outlets is not allowed.
- Do not rearrange the furniture. The property should be returned to its original condition. Breakages or damages beyond normal wear and tear (including animal-related damage) will be charged to you.
- Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, slime, or Play-Doh in the property to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
- Do not dye your hair or remove nail polish inside the home to prevent staining and damage to surfaces.
