Welcome to The Periwinkle, a family-friendly pool home 10-min to Naples Beach that has it all: XL **heated pool, fenced-in yard, screened-in Lanai, BBQ, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, indoor/outdoor dining, WFH desk, close to the Naples Pier/Beach, Downtown Naples/5th Ave shopping/dining, Sugden Regional Park on Lake Avalon with its own beach, sailing center, water-ski facility, walking/run paths, and pickleball/tennis at East Naples Community Park.

As you enter The Periwinkle, you'll be greeted by a meticulously clean, centrally air-conditioned living space decorated with serene coastal flare and pops of color throughout. You'll immediately feel at home as you make your way through the airy open concept living room, dedicated dining area, and well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee station, and breakfast bar which leads directly out to the large backyard. Outside you will have access to a gas grill, large commercial fans, shaded, covered, and screened-in dining area, sofa with love seats, pool with umbrella and lounge chairs, fire pit, corn hole, pool floats/toys, and more! The living room features a large 65" Roku smart TV with live TV function and access to all your favorite streaming services.

The primary king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, private access to the outdoor Lanai via dedicated door, cooling memory foam mattress, fresh linens, countless pillows, and 55” Roku Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom boasts 2 cooling memory foam queen mattress, bamboo chair, three nights stands, fresh linens, 50" Roku Smart TV, and a serene coastal flair. The 3rd queen bedroom has a dedicated work from home space, cooling memory foam mattress, and fresh linens. The 4th bedroom boasts 2 twin beds (via a trundle bed as photographed), fresh linens, a play tent, and in the closet you'll find a pack n' play and high-chair, bringing this kids room together. All bedrooms have closets with hangers, a mirror, a laundry basket, room-darkening curtains, travel size soaps and shampoos plus pool/beach, and bath towels. A number of family-friendly amenities are provided throughout the home as well including corn hole and board games for all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, drip coffee pot and Keurig K-Cup duo, spices, condiments, oils, Magic Bullet smoothie blender, baking sheets, pizza sheet, pots and pans...just about everything!

We have a pak-n-play with two sets of bedding, high chair, baby monitor, and kids tableware for you at the house complimentary year-round. If you need anything else please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Our driveway fits three cars comfortably. Don’t have a car? Uber/Lyft is quick, easy, and economical in Naples, Fl.

Pets?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note there is a $250 cleaning fee per pet per reservation, including service animals.
