Your comments fly in the face of this apartment’s 5-star reviews, all of which consistently rate the apartment and the service and cleanliness very high. And that’s because I take immense pride in maintaining this unique Parisian apartment to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. I consistently go above and beyond to provide comprehensive support tailored to individual needs, as evidenced by the timely purchase and assembly of a cot for your child and facilitating a late check-out to enhance your Parisian experience. Secondly, regarding cleanliness, I engage a professional cleaning service, and as soon as you raised a concern, this was promptly addressed including arranging a same-day re-clean. You were out when this happened, and upon your return you were still not satisfied. We tried to organize to speak with you by phone, but you completely refused to do so. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, your refusal to engage in further communication hindered our ability to address your concerns effectively. Additionally, what you identified as blond hairs were, in fact, natural shedding from the floor rug, a detail we would have clarified had dialogue been possible. Regarding noise, the apartment's sixth-floor location, coupled with double-glazed windows, and solid concrete walls renders the apartment quiet, contrary to your assertion. As for your remarks about your host, he was not “harassing” you, he was simply attempting to contact you urgently to a. understand the cleaning concern; b. address the cleaning problem with an immediate re-clean, and c. understand what the issue was with the second thorough cleaning (which was documented by the cleaning company and shared with you). In conclusion, I cannot recommend you to future hosts given the inaccuracies and unwarranted tone of your review. It's perplexing and puzzling that you opted for an aggressive approach, obstructing constructive dialogue and resolution.
