Built for the sophisticated traveler, you could spend your days on one of the most beautiful deserted beaches in the world or opt for adventures that range from world-class scuba diving to exploring Mayan ruins to tubing through underground rivers to one of the many exciting activities Belize has to offer. Let our concierge do all the planning and booking for you!

This villa is beautifully decorated and includes unique local art pieces to add to your enjoyment. Mahogany wood cabinets, doors, furniture and accents combined with marble floors and granite countertops add to the luxurious ambiance. Of course, two smart TV's with streaming capabilities, cable TV, two Amazon Shows, wireless internet, as well as reading and DVD libraries mean you can relax as much as you desire.

A fully-equipped kitchen and nearby grocery stores give you the option of cooking whenever you wish. However, you are within walking distance of several excellent restaurants that overlook the ocean. Try walking along the beach to and from your destination to fully immerse yourself in the relaxing and idyllic atmosphere of Belize. Another option would be to let our concierge hire a cook to prepare meals in your own kitchen--a great way to sample some of the mouthwatering cultural dishes of the Garifuna region.

In addition to the comforts and amenities of the home itself, the rooftop patio offers another option for sunning and enjoying the ocean breezes during the day. After dinner, why not retire to the rooftop to relax and be amazed by the millions of stars that grace the skies over the Caribbean?

This place was even better than the listing! Our family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. The beach is right out the back door. The home even has a kayak, life jackets, snorkel gear and beach toys. Taking a morning paddle every day to the mangroves on the point and seeing all the water birds and sea life with our kids was a huge highlight. This is south of Hopkins in a very quiet private area which was exactly what we wanted. There are 2-3 restaurants within walking distance and more options within a short drive or bike ride in Hopkins village. The house was sparkly clean and just really nice- great fully equipped kitchen, clean very nice bedding and towels, the whole experience was great. The host as well as the local property manager were very fast, responsive and friendly.

Family Beach Vacation

We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful house right on the beach. Our children (6,9,11) loved going outside the back door and playing in the water, the sand, and lounging in the hammock. The water is pretty shallow a good ways out and the waves are gently. There are beach toys and snorkel gear available as well as a boat and life jackets.This private beach access is hard to beat. There are only two real beds, so one of our children slept on the couch. There is also an air mattress that we didn't use. The house was clean and ample drinking water was provided. It is an easy walk to the restaurants at the nearby resorts, but to get to the Hopkins village I would recommend a car, golf cart, or bike if you like a little ride. Everyone in the village is super friendly and we ate delicious food there. We loved our stay here!

Hopkins personal paradise!!

We loved this VRBO!! It was a wonderful private paradise in Hopkins, Belize. We stayed with our two teenagers and had a fabulous time. The place was clean and well equipped with AC and fans. We loved the private access to the beach. The fishing from the shore was great! We cooked most dinners at the place without any problems. We loved the local fruit/veggie stands. We also were a regular at Claudia's kitchen and food stand across from Ella's Cool Spot. This place comfortably sleeps three people. Our son (the fourth person) slept comfortable on the queen inflatable in the den corner and he loved getting up at 5am with quick access to beach fishing. We were able to comfortable move around the kitchen/den without any problems while keeping his bed inflated the entire trip. There was construction next door but it wasn't super loud and it didn't hinder our beach days in any way. So don't worry about that. The VRBO owner (Maria) and concierge (Janette) were both great to work with. We enjoyed fishing with the local fishing guide Captain Jamie via FishingBooker. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this little piece of paradise again :)

Place was great

House in Hopkins Belize

The house was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The location is fantastic. You can bike into town (two bikes are at the house) but a car is helpful, the house is south of town. There is a kayak and snorkeling equipment available. Construction was going on next door which would have been nice to know about. Overall great place.

Mostly awesome vacation home.

Awesome location and the house was clean, large, and very comfortable. AC and fans in every room kept it very comfortable. Looked like some beach erosion made it so there was no hammock and the pictures chairs were replaced with plastic loungers. Not a big deal but slightly disappointing. Overall I would highly recommend this house. The property manager Janette was awesome and very helpful even when there was a slight snafu with our reservation. The property owner was easy to deal with and very helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect!!

Such a beautiful house and location. The house had everything we could possibly need and the sound of the ocean only steps away was fabulous!! The towels and sheets were so soft - very comfortable beds; very clean and convenient to the town.

The stars

Another great stay. This time we went on the roof around sunset. Beautiful red glow even though final sunset view was blocked. Then watched the many stars come out. Fantastic!

Great house!

This property was terrific. It was our first time in Hopkins and we loved it. Jeanette helped us rent another bike and we biked all over town. We used the kayak and enjoyed the amazing warm water right in front of the house. There are numerous restaurants walking distance from the house and the food was really good. You only need a car if you are driving for excursions out of town. Wonderful trip!

Frickin Awesome!

The View, The Beach, The Staff......All Top Notch! The Bed in Hall Room a Tad Bit Hard, but not everything is going to be prefect. Janette, Alberto & Alex were Fantastic! Janette gave me the secret to stopping NoSeeUms from biting. A heaven sent! All in All, your stay was everything we wanted for your second time in Hopkins, Belize. The Miller Families Villa is truly a First Class Accomodations in Hopkins.

Love, Love, Love this Rental

Great villa, right on the beach. Hammock is almost on the water and is a wonderful place to relax. Sits right between 2 vacant lots so plenty of privacy. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants too!

Super Nice

You will need a car or golf cart to get to town but you have restaurants in walking distance. You are able to rent a golf cart in walking distance. They also have bikes so I guess you could ride them. Only negative is the master bed room get a ton of light once the sun comes up in our case 5:18am wish we would have had a way to make it stay dark.

What we like most about our home is simply relaxing on a quiet, secluded beach with the sun warming us and the crystal waves and ocean breezes cooling our tanned bodies. There is plenty to do and great places to eat!
