Not as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect location!! Right in the center of Maui and right across the street from the beach and lots of nearby places to eat. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone planning a trip to Maui!

There is a great selection of local restaurants nearby Convenient stores and a Subway. Supermarket isn’t to far away beach is close.

The condo was very dirty, extra linens were all wadded up in a basket, bathroom floor mats were disgusting but they did replace them. Lizard poop on the windowsills, 1 burner on stove not working, 1 light in kitchen goes on and off and flickers. No cleaning supplies whatsoever, nothing to wipe down countertops or to clean the toilet. Went through 2 air conditioners before the third one finally worked. They were quick to solve that problem. Dead lizard under bed been there a long time from the looks of it. Swing chair in living room was cool but pillows very dirty had to put sheets over it just to sit on, same with couch. The plastic containers in the kitchen have holes in them and leaked, can’t cut anything with the knives and a lot of outdated spices in the cabinet. Could go on but I won’t. This is by far the WORST condo I have ever stayed in and I’ve been in quite a few in the last 20 yrs. here. Never again!

Nice little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this Kihei Kai Nani condo. It was clean and comfortable, and it had pretty much everything we needed. The beach gear was especially nice. We couldn't find the boogie board that was mentioned, which was a bummer. We didn't necessarily need it, but it would have been nice. The location was also great, both within the complex as well as in Kihei. I would stay here again if there were just two of us. Any more than that would have felt too crowded.

This unit does not advertise a boogie board on our website, but we do supply beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Please let us know where it was mentioned. Many times former guests will leave behind gear, but it gets broken and removed by our staff to ensure guest safety and adequate closet space. Disappointed in cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking experience was great. However, the condo was not clean. Our family usually takes our shoes off in the home and these floors were filthy. I had to mop the floors twice before we could walk barefoot in the home. The egg chair was also full of sand, which I vacuumed before we could sit down.

Great place for a honeymoon trip! Cheap and close to a lot of great food trucks as well as nice walks in Wailea! The beach is a less than five minute walk from the VRBO and there are many other fun beaches to walk to nearby as well as great beginner surfing and snorkeling areas.
