Our Kuilima West condo is ideally situated just steps from the Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton Resort, and has all the amenities you need, parking, AC, free wifi, washer and dryer.
More than 5 miles of secluded beaches, 3 private swimming pools, 2 private tennis and pickle ball courts, charcoal BBQ, 2 PGA golf courses, horseback riding, activity rentals and fine dining all less than a 5 minute walk from your front door!
This 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bath unit is a legal and licensed vacation rental located on the beautiful North Shore!
First Floor: The main level features a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, individual split-system AC, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and pod-style coffeemaker. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the living room, furnished with stylish, comfortable furniture. The living room also includes a flatscreen TV with cable and free WiFi throughout the unit.
Loft: Upstairs, the loft features two twin beds and an updated bathroom with a shower and toilet. This cozy space is perfect for additional guests or family members.
Comfort Features: Both floors are equipped with ceiling fans and split-system AC to ensure a comfortable stay.
Beach Gear: For your beach days, we provide gear including chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach toys.
Complex Amenities: As a guest, you’ll have access to the wonderful amenities of the Kuilima complex, including three swimming pools with barbecue facilities, tennis and pickle ball courts, and 24/7 security staff.

ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house
QUIET HOURS
Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai
Pets are not allowed
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited
LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels)
Shake towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower
Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful
TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.
Toilets: Do not flush:
Feminine hygiene products
Disposable or “flushable” wipes
Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional cleaning service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule.
