Private Pickleball Court, Walk to Hen Cove

Added in summer 2025, enjoy your own private pickleball and basketball court at this recently renovated six-bedroom home, perfect for the whole family. A bright, open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living rooms with plenty of seating for easy entertaining. Just a short walk to Hen Cove Beach, a quaint spot in the idyllic village of Pocasset.

The Space:
Upon entering the house, you will find the first of two living rooms. This one has a large sectional sofa and four chairs that accentuate the beautiful hardwood floors and the large bay window. Set up to have separate seating areas for intimate conversations, everyone can have their own space or gather all together in the large, open room. You’ll also find a large mounted Smart TV so you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

On the lower level there is an additional TV room with a sectional couch with chase, and an oversized stuffed chair and ottoman. Relax for a movie night with the large mounted Smart TV so you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

Back upstairs you’ll find a loft that includes an office area with spectacular views, a stylish desk with an ergonomic chair and fiber optic internet. Great place for those who want to mix work and pleasure. Regardless of the season, views from these windows are particularly special.

Brand new kitchen with GE Cafe Appliances including a stainless steel flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher and french door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including glasses, mugs, cookware, utensils, plates and bowls, to prepare gourmet meals. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the Kurig or a whole pot for the family in the 12 cup drip coffee pot.

The separate dining area has a large table with seating for up to ten. This area opens up to the large porch with an outdoor table that seats six, gas BBQ, and large outdoor tv. Additionally there is a pickleball/basketball court as well as an outdoor shower.

There are a total of six bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:

There are two full size bathrooms.
The first bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower.
The second bathroom boasts a tub/shower combo.

-Solo stove available for use outside, guests are asked leave it over the brick area and not move it. Guests must bring their own firewood.

-Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for our guests.
-Children friendly items such as porta cribs, high chair, and bounce seat.

The Neighborhood:
The location of the home is ideal. Less than 10 minute walk to beach (Hen Cove), less than 10 minute drive to the Lobster Cove, .5 miles to the World Famous Chart Room, and the house backs up to to a golf course.

Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-No Pets.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-Quiet hours begin at 11PM, at this time all guests should be off all exterior spaces, this is not a curfew.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-Help us keep a shoe free home by leaving shoes by the front door.

Please note there is a ring doorbell. Such devices are capable of recording video and audio and may have such features activated during your stay. Occupants shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the cameras.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
