The Space:

This spacious 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom presidential suite is true beachfront! There is a separate sectioned off area available with bunkbeds perfect for extra guests or children. Gourmet kitchen and wrap around patio with pure ocean views will be sure to make your vacation complete.



Guest Access:

The guests will access the property using a door lock code.

The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.



Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.



As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

The resort is under construction, and there can be light construction noises during the day.



The onsite fitness center is separately owned and available to guests for a fee
