Relax and feel at peace. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and an additional pull-out single bed.
The second bedroom has a comfortable full bed, a toddler mattress, and a pack-n-play for younger children.
Bunkroom offers 1 queen bed, 1 bunk with a full bed on the bottom and a single on top, and a 2nd twin bunk.

Additional pull-out couches in the living room. A fully stocked kitchen for easy meal preparation, a coffee bar, and a sandwich station.

The Business Center is designed for individuals who require connectivity and printing services. It also features a smart TV, allowing you to access your favorite shows.

A semi-circle drive with easy parking accommodates up to four cars or two trucks with trailers. There is ample outdoor space for various activities, including a fire pit, picnic table, and an outdoor lawn table with chairs.

Since we are located in a northern wooded area, insects and wildlife are part of the environment. Minnesota's comicly dubbed state bird (Mosquitoes), flies, and beetles are commonplace.

As close to the lake without being on the lake. Enjoy your home away from home.

We had a lovely time. The house is a little older but it was very clean and there was plenty of room. The location is perfect for golfing in the Gull Lake area. Our host communicated well and returned messages quickly.

Overall the stay was well, there were a few things that were falling apart on us on site, they sent a handy man got it taken care of but might be something to be just aware of if you have younger kids, the place is a bit older. Also the number of rooms and beds was nice for a large group, however take in account there is only 1 bathroom

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Close drive to Brainerd. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone to lounge around. Property owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Winter reading retreat

The home is an older home that shows some wear and age but the Spanish style is very charming. We rented the home for a winter retreat so we weren't interested in the outside areas. We liked that the home has plenty of seating in the living room. Unfortunately, we never could get the fireplace to work even after following the instructions in the house binder Not a big deal but it would have added to our ambience. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and felt fresh and clean. One bathroom with a separate shower and sink area. The shower doesn't have great water pressure but was spacious and the host provided good soaps and towels. The kitchen was decently stocked with the basic necessities. My reasons for a 4 star:-a motion light or porch light by the front door is needed. Arriving to an unfamiliar home in the dark is disconcerting.-The house rules state no eating or drinking in the living room or bedrooms. I can understand bedrooms but the living room seems unnecessary. This is a pet friendly house so the carpet and furniture are far from pristine. The entire house Manuel (sic) has a bit of an off-putting vibe. Comes across like they don't really want people in the house. -1 bedroom is lacking any curtains However, I still think this is a good choice for a family, especially in summer. I think kids would love the downstairs bunk room. There is a nice large deck. It's easy to get to and close to a lot of the prime lake and resort activities in this area.

Lovely, comfortable, and great location

We were looking for a property to bring our 4 college kids/teens and our two small dogs to get away after the holidays and really enjoyed this space! Sisters Weekend

We planned this getaway in the area to enjoy the full Fall color peak in Nisswa. This was a glorious weekend full of vibrate and beautiful colors. The neighborhood was so calm and quiet. We enjoyed plenty of walks in the neighborhoods. The house had so much more space than we anticipated. And there was nothing lacking in the kitchen! It was wonderful!

Great location

We had a great time and loved the location of this rental. We were visiting the area for ice fishing. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and our 2 dogs. Lots of linens, blankets, games, well stocked kitchen and bathroom items. We were very comfortable here.

Perfect Location & Great Property Mgr

We were up in the area for a weekend hockey tournament and needed to bring our pups too. This house was a great location from everything! The poor cleaning crew had some work to do due to the previous guests, so our check in was delayed slightly. Lisle, the mgr, however was in communication with us and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The house had great amenities for the price. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lisle!

The house was decorated very nicely. There were many fun little “touches” around the house that made it very welcoming. It was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was exceptional with supplies. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Lisle was extraordinary. Great 4 days.

We love to take the grandkids to the mini golf in town. We also enjoy going to the many thrift and antique shops. Fishing and Hunting have also been a large part of my family's activities.
