Book your fall and ski season now! Want a place to host Thanksgiving dinner for everyone? This roomy chalet is it!

PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME PRIOR TO BOOKING TO MAKE SURE DATES ARE AVAILABLE AND THE MOST ACCURATE RATE.

Come to beautiful Ellicottville and enjoy a little bit of quiet with this six bed, three level log chalet. Sit on the back deck and listen to nature while relaxing in the hot tub.

4 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed - comfortably sleeping 11 guests.

We want to pamper our guests! All linens are provided and beds are freshly made. When available, I have a greeter to meet you who has a roaring fire going (in winter) and shows you around the house. We have lots of games, books, movies, foosball, air hockey, arcade game with lots of games and 65 inch smart TV. Don't forget about relaxing in the awesome hot tub watching the fire flies sparkling in the summer and the snow flakes falling in the winter.
The kitchen has all the extras including a griddle, crockpot, blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, extra Jen Air stove top grill (in addition to the outdoor grill). If anyone ever needs anything, we are just a phone call away!

This three level chalet sits on an acre and a half. It's located just a few minutes to the heart of Ellicottville, Holiday Valley and Holimont ski resorts.

The lower level has two bedrooms, a nice long bar, living/game room, 65 inch smart TV and COZY fireplace.

The main level has one bedroom, kitchen, living room, full bath and wood burning stove which gives off such fabulous warmth. The living room has a sky light. The main level opens up to the back deck and another outdoor bar. The deck also has a large hot tub and grill. Behind the back deck is the walkway to the firepit. Enjoy the serene sounds of nature in the summer and view the mountains in the back in the winter.

Take the winding staircase to the third level loft where the master bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub for two (or more) are located. The master bedroom also has a fireplace and sky light. The third floor loft also has another bed that overlook the main living room and twin bed.

There is one exterior security camera on the property and a carriage house apartment that is occasionally occupied on the other side of the driveway.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great weekend staying at this property. We had a large extended family group (9 people) including 3 grandparents. There was plenty of space for us to spread out out but also spend time together. Something for everyone. Cozy wood stove, game room, hot tub and more! We will definitely look to return!

Awesome Time!

We loved this beautifully done home! It’s very clean and tidy. I liked the convenience of two living areas especially having a game room. I loved going back in time and playing the arcade games. Air hockey and the large connect four were great too. We relaxed on the back deck and in the hot tub at night. The surroundings were so quiet. We are planning to book this home again for ski season. Definitely our favorite.

Perfect vacation home

Absolutely loved this home! It was a perfect vacation spot in Ellicottville. The home was very spacious and clean with lots of room. The hot tube on the back deck was nice to relax in while having a late night cookout. There was a huge TV in the game room and we all had fun playing the games. The owner was also very responsive and answered a lot of questions for us about the area. I will definitely recommend this home and stay here again.

Everything was great, except: the home's electronics were not at all good. No cable TV. Not even a working DVD player. We didn't "need" TV as it was a ski trip, but it would have been nice to be able to watch golf or basketball in between runs.

Awesome stay at a wonderful property

I stayed here for a weekend and it was an awesome experience. It's a really cozy property with plenty of space and some very nice amenities (the hot tub was awesome!). Ellicottville is very close and makes the list of things to do almost endless. The property manager was extremely pleasant and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This property was great for a weekend getaway of 10 people. Located not far from Holiday Valley and also EBC. This location provided plenty of space for our group and met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to a group of similar size and would also gladly stay there again!

The house was awesome!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend in Ellicottville. Fit our large group perfectly. Short car ride to town & Holiday Valley. It was perfectly clean, with the beds freshly made & plenty of towels. The hot tub was great & the location is nice for some privacy. The host was so accommodating! She answered all my questions immediately and accommodated my last minute request to stay later on check out day. We will definitely rent again :)

A fantastic, warm and cozy property for adults, teens, and kids.

Clean and welcoming property. Large and open floor plan, many sleeping options, games and activities. House was equipped with household supplies and toiletries. Fantastic hot tub with plenty of towels. All of this made for an amazing getaway, enjoyed every minute, and would absolutely rent again.

WOW!

"WOW!" That was the constant phrase that everyone that entered this property said. A short drive outside of Ellicottville, this cozy spot is ideally located for any visit to ski country. It is quiet and private. Both the house and the rest of the property are spacious, convenient and impeccably clean. Both the owner and property manager were accessible to us throughout our stay to answer any questions that we had. Communication could not have been better from booking to check out. The décor of the house was fitting and fun..."What happens at the cabin, stays at the cabin" was a favorite sign. The kitchen and dining room were open and accommodating for our meals. The spacious, finished basement bar was a great spot indoors, while the outdoor deck, front porch, and hot tub were all convenient and fun spots to enjoy outside. Honestly, we can't wait to set something up soon and book it again!

Wonderful stay

Spacious and clean and perfect for a getaway for my husband and I with our adult kids. We enjoyed everything this property had to offer- beautiful fall views, plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations, great indoor and outdoor fires, games and the bar in the basement, and a kitchen with everything we needed. Enjoyed a lovely family weekend together in a perfect setting!

Awesome Vacation Place!

We stayed here with a few friends for an adult get away. Hard to please wives were really happy. The place was really clean and nicely furnished. The hot tub was great and had a view of the woods. It was so quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was great and she let us stay as late as we wanted. This chalet was well worth the money and we will return.

Awesome Well Kept Home!

This was a really cool log home! There was a fire going for us when we arrived. I loved that there were two living rooms so the kids had one area and the adults had another. The football table kept them busy. The place was very well kept and clean! (And I’m OCD) We felt the price was very reasonable for all the beds and everything else the home had. We will definitely be back!

Not exactly as we hoped

The location is great and very close to Elicottville and ski mountains. Unfortunately, we found the place very much in need of proper cleanliness and basic home upkeep. We too are owners of properties and know what goes into the upkeep. This place would be worth the price if it were far cleaner and maintained better. In our opinion it was overpriced. To the owner: I'm sure you use a service to maintain the place, you may want to consider finding better. I'm not a huge fan of laying out negatives in a public forum so if your interested in further feedback feel free to email me. At the very least, thanks for your quick responses throughout our stay. Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Well, we purchased our log home because my husband (now ex) likes to fish and ski. I like to sit by the fire and have a glass of wine. I've lived in Buffalo all my life and never skied. The deal was sealed when our five year old niece looked at an Ellicottville ski run and decided she could ski because she watched Mickey and Goofy ski. So, that was it. We bought the property because I am going to need a lot of ski lessons to catch up with her and Ellicottville is the perfect place to learn how to ski!
Fast forward years later..... my daughter loves to stay at Ellicottville Ski Chalet with her cousins. She is now the skier in the family. In 2021, her young cousins joined her for the first time. In 2024, little cousins joined again and even my sister who has never skied tried it! We are now making memories here just like many of our repeat guests.
We sit on the deck and have our breakfast and listen to the wood peckers. It's so quiet and peaceful. Sitting by the fire or relaxing in the hot tub are nice spots after a long winter day. The kids love when it snows and they are sitting in the hot tub catching snowflakes on their tongues. I love watching the firefly show in the summer at night time on the deck.
Warm memories, that is what we all need. :)

I love the fact that the log home is on three levels and has two living rooms. There is enough s p a c e for everyone to have a cozy time without getting on each others' nerves!

We added an air hockey table, arcade game featuring all the old Atari games to the game room as well as a huge 65 inch smart TV.
