Come enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. Whether you are coming for a quiet weekend in the off season or for a week of fun in the sun this summer, our apartment is as comfortable as it gets. Brand new garage apartment just 1 mile from town and 1.5 miles from the south shore on a quiet country road. 1 bedroom, full bath, full kitchen, outdoor shower, living room and dining area. There is private parking, a patio and barbecue grill to enjoy some outdoor space. Let us help you make memories you will never forget!

Modern apartment rental

The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. Also the listing does mention a grill, which they did not have the backyard space is small with no patio furniture.

The unit was extremely accessible to town and beaches. The unit was equipped with all our needs and the hosts were accommodating to make our stay perfect. We couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay on Nantucket.

Great getaway

Honeymoon

My wife and I stayed at David’s place for our honeymoon and had a blast! The cottage was spot less and a quiet place to relax after a long day of exploring the island. David and Heather were so kind and welcoming! We would absolutely stay again!

Mother/Daughter weekend away

This spot was just perfect for a weekend away with my mom. We were close enough to “downtown” to get there and back quickly but really enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood when we needed down time. The place is beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Heather and David were both extremely responsive and proactive to our needs. Definitely recommend staying here to others and will suggest it for a future girls trip to my friends.

Updated Cottage with great amenities

We had a great stay! The cottage is beautifully updated and Heather and her husband were excellent hosts. We traveled with our 3 month old and they had a pack and play and various toys that we were able to use. Clean, quiet, and convenient to most spots around the island made for a relaxing stay and trip!

Clean, beautiful apartment surrounded by nature

We loved the brand new, light-filled space fully stocked with everything we needed. We were glad we rented a car, since our favorite thing was to explore the remote beaches and hiking trails. Heather and David's place is modern, bright, clean and very private. Complete with an outdoor shower, washer/dryer, beach chairs, a grill -- everything we needed to make the most of our first trip to Nantucket. We will definitely be back!

Brand new apartment, well appointed w everything you need while on island. Great location we walked to the Downyflake and downtown! Got our exercise and saw the sites. We will be back again.

Amazing Hidden Gem!

I almost don't want to leave this excellent review because I don't want word to get out about this fantastic new rental! It was myself, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter and the place was perfect! Brand new, decorated so tastefully, and homey but modern. We loved our stay and will 100% stay again! There is only one downside to this property, and that is that it is a bit of a far way from town and a main road, so I couldn't imagine if we stayed here and had not rented a car (which we always intended to do, as our daughter wanted to drive on the beaches). We did need to Uber a few times before picking up our Jeep, and it rained quite a bit which caused some flooding and some of the roads were pretty bad. However, once you know how to go, you have no troubles.

Clean Modern Home Base to Explore Nantucket

This was a comfortable clean modern home base perfect to explore the island from. David and Heather were great hosts available if we needed anything. Great location near South beaches and Cisco Brewery - all accessible with a quick bike or car ride.

Nantucket Summer Stay

Spacious accommodations
