This incredible family beach house offers sunsets, walks on the beach, bonfires, kayaking and tranquility. Two separate family rooms with smart tv's to relax in after a day at the beach. A gorgeous deck wraps around the beach house with views of the water and beach from all angles. Equipped with beach chairs, chaise lounges and adirondack chairs to sit and watch the sunset, or enjoy sitting on beach just steps away. 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. And lets' not for get the wonderful screened in porch. Nothing short of the perfect beach house. The sand is like flour and it's right outside your front door. Enjoy kids playing at Bass Lake outlet and kayaking through the channel to Bass Lake. Nothing beats "The Beach House Beauty" in Pentwater Michigan!

We are in the middle of renovations and are updating the kitchen and already put in windows in the screened in porch and making it part of the beach house. It will be done by spring. Pictures will be coming soon.

Lake Michigan family reunion

This Lake Michigan beach house was the ideal spot for our family reunion and get together with friends! The Lake Michigan access was perfect, the weather and water fantastic and the sunsets breathtaking! We even enjoyed a bike ride along the local bike trail and trips to Pentwater and Ludington! Highly recommended!

A slice of paradise

This is one of those places you want to keep a secret but itā€™s too special not to share. Finding a rental on this stretch of Lake Michigan that is furnished nicely, well appointed and without a million stairs to the beach is not easy, but this home checks all the boxes. Gorgeous views from almost all the rooms. And Juli was very helpful and responsive. Pro tip- well water can have a funny taste/smell so bring extra bottled water. Everything else you may need is there!

awesome location on the dunes overlooking Lake Michigan, beautiful setting, amazing sunsets, entire beach to ourselves, kids loved playing in the nearby Bass Lake channel, lots of room for adults and kids, house accomodated entire family of 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 4 grandkids, well-equipped, close to charming towns of Pentwater and Ludington for rainy days or ice cream and the blueberries at Pentwater Patch, drove 1000 miles, well worth it, hope to return some day

A Beautiful, Calm Beach Vacation

Rocks and shells were collected, sand castles were built, waves were played in, laughter was shared, and memories were made. From the moment we entered, we knew we had picked the PERFECT Pentwater beach vacation home. We walked in, opened windows, and it immediately felt like home. This home was truly love at first viewing. The sunset views are absolutely stunning. We woke with the sun and fell asleep to the lullaby of wind and waves. The house itself (and amazing neighbors) allowed our nature loving souls non-stop adventures. We kayaked in the quiet inlet to Bass Lake. We walked the beach. When we were too cold from Lake Michigan or the waves were too rough, we moved over to playing in the warm inlet. When the days grew too hot, we sat under the ceiling fan playing games. The beds were so soft you were lulled to sleep. I cannot rave enough. If you are looking for a QUIET (not a party) beach vacation house to share with family, this is it.

We Love Pentwater so much and have enjoyed spending summers here with our 5 children. We have a family cottage on Bass Lake that my parents bought when I was a young girl and we have carried on the tradition with our Beach House Beauty.

We are so grateful we were able to purchase "Beach House Beauty", which is right around the corner from our family cottage. Our expanding family has enjoyed this magical place and we want to share it with others.

We hope you see the beauty and magic our home offers and hope you create wonderful memories as our family has in this "secret" and amazing place...Pentwater!

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We love that we have a private beach and it feels like no one is around. Our beach is expansive and the sand is like flour. We love that Bass Lake is almost in our back yard. We are nestled between charming Pentwater town that is 3 miles away and Ludington is 12 miles away. Ludington State Park is one of the nicest Michigan State Parks with amazing hiking trails.
