Return to your condo after you've had your fun-filled morning and enjoy the serene interior decor, sure to make you feel right at home. Plop your luggage right down on the floor and melt into the soft cushions of the couch in the living area, then head into the full kitchen and cook up something delectable for everyone at home using the appliances provided. This condo features plenty of fun ways to spend your time with its on-site amenities: bring your favorite tennis racket and challenge your friend to a couple of matches, then hop into a bathing suit and take a swim in the cool and refreshing pool. Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
