With room for everybody in your group, this two-level suite offers plenty of privacy during your stay. The first-floor main bedroom features a king-size bed. An additional two bedrooms are located upstairs and feature an additional king bed in one and two doubles in the other. The living room has a sofa sleeper which is perfect for children. Enjoy some sun on the white sandy beach or take a swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a full-size kitchen, you can make a quick sandwich then head back outside for some fresh air and maybe a quick dip in the pool. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops, Sugar Beach 326 is a great way to enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was a great place to stay! Easily accessible and near plenty of restaurants. The little snack shack by the pool was very good. We will try to come back here again!

Complex issues- ELEVATOR SITUATION IS RIDICULOUS. When we got there, both elevators were not working. For the remainder of our trip, only one elevator worked for the entire complex. And when the elevator was working, it was like stepping into a sauna. From the time I got from the ground floor to 3rd floor I was drenched in sweat. Condo issues- we noticed within 10 mins of being in the condo the bottom of our feet were BLACK just disgusting. The light in bathroom upstairs did not work at all so we had to use our phone flashlights to even take a shower or use the restroom. It was extremely hot upstairs as well. Almost unbearable to sleep in. The only reason we stay in this complex is because other family members did and we wanted to be close. Positives - there is a concession stand by the pool that serves great food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) the location is great! Between everything in gulf shores and orange beach. The beach access is great also, very short walk to the beach. The pools in this complex are great as well. Several to chose from and a kiddie pool for the little ones.

Horribly Filthy

Horribly Filthy we had to clean when we arrived. Wine fridge did not work Vacasa was impossible to contact. No cell service. We had a horrible experience with Vacasa

Amazing stay

Overall had a nice visit. Dryer vents into the kitchen right where you are cooking. Since dryer vents into the living area, the AC had an issue keeping up. Wine chiller never worked. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

This property is gross. The two outdoor pools close to the beach were very nice. The other pole that was between the buildings was closed. The outside of the property is a little sketch because it needs significant maintenance. The condo itself was disgusting. Dirty, dusty, holes in the linen, pink mildew on the shower curtains, six shower curtain hooks when they should be 12. It was just disgusting. I would never stay here again.

Everything you need

This is an older property that could use a glow up, but it’s a friendly place and was kept up well. The condo was everything we needed. Nothing fancy about this place at all but it fit our needs perfectly and we had a great time.

For the Price it was OK

It is an old unit and needs several repairs. Some repairs would not take long to fix. It wasn't as clean as we expected.

The booking was very easy. Everyone loved the unit. There was more than enough room for everyone. It felt like home away from home. Would love to make the unit an annual thing for my group.

Been coming to sugar beach for years and this was the first time in this unit. It was good needs some minor updates with the walls but overall good unit. We have always loved our stays here but we would love the sugar shack to be open more often.

Clean linens, couch a little worn, more toilet paper needed four women. Picture showed Keurig so did not bring coffee or filters which were necessary for the coffee maker. Access to beach was great. Sugar Beach condo was easy to find and located near the places we wanted to go. Cool air. Spotty WiFi connection

Nice, clean, roomy condo at a great location

My family of 4--the youngest 17--stayed at this condo. I noticed some questionable reviews before we left home, so I contacted the property manager and was assured that everything would be clean and in good repair. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Check-in was quick and easy. My husband doesn't do elevators, so we used the stairs. We did try the elevator a couple times, and it was fine. The unit was clean and nice. My kids each got their own bedroom upstairs, and we had a nice master downstairs. There were some packets of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, small hand soaps, travel-sized shampoos and conditioners, and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid provided. There were plenty of bath towels provided. Later in our stay, we found a closet with some beach toys and board games. The refrigerator has an ice maker. We didn't use it, but there is a wine fridge. The washer and dryer worked great. This unit has a big balcony with a view of one of the pools. You can also see the ocean from the balcony if you sit in the chair to the right or stand and look to your left. There are so many fun things to do at this condo--go to the beach, swim in 1 of 4 pools, play tennis, play horseshoes, play corn-hole. The corn-hole area had several rocking chairs and a picnic table--all with a great view of the ocean. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us too much. We would stay in this unit again!
