The area's natural beauty can be seen at Gulf State Park and Gulf Shores Beach, while Adventure Island and Waterville USA are popular area attractions. Traveling with kids? THINGS TO KNOW
Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Master room mattress is extremely worn. It needs to be replaced. That’s is my only complaint, very clean, the view was phenomenal, very nice size rooms. We absolutely loved our stay!

The location was great! Several stains on the carpets and furniture. Ceiling fan off balance. Broken barstool. Electrical outlets in master bedroom a pain. Only half of the adapter works. Just my opinion but parking should be included in price. The view from the balcony was awesome. Spacious for all of us.

Quick get away

The condo was VERY clean. It was kid friendly, balcony was safe for our 1 yr old and 3 yr old grands.

Never another HOA owned property!

The beach and the view were impeccable. The fees were atrocious and then add another $50 per vehicle to park- good luck finding someone to pay for that parking!

Very Nice Unit for Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is nice, the view is great, the location is great, beach and pool access was nice. Security personnel were very helpful. Our only issue with the unit was the Wifi signal. If you're on a vacation and not worrying about work, it's perfect. If you're needing to use Wifi to get something done, you'll have issues.

Very nice unit. Would consider renting again.

The living, dining room furniture along with the wall decorations were very nice, including the balcony furniture. Could use more silverware, living room drapes and a new clothes washer.

Beautiful view from balcony- overall clean condo. Has everything you could possibly need for the kitchen (although could not find a bottle opener). Only reason I gave three stars was due to: could not get the cable operating in 2 bedrooms and the living areas, shower curtain liner in guest bathroom torn and hanging, and two packages of two month old bread in the pantry. Suggest owner buy new shower curtain liner and replace rusted shower curtain hooks. Otherwise great facility- security gate employee super friendly and pleasant.

My Happy Place

I love this unit. We sat on the balcony and were high enough to see the dolphins in the morning, but not too high. Most everything was perfect. Could use another pot or two. Easy to get to beach and to indoor pool. Great location to other attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The location, area and overall experience was great! The washing machine still try’s to come out the wall when you run it so it’s a little scary lol but other than that our stay was amazing!

Great vacation spot

Wonderful! Clean, absolutely affordable and had EVERYTHING we needed. View was FABULOUS. Close to dining, shopping and entertainment. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Bring Batteries

Nice condo floor plan, big deck with a beautiful view, friendly security service, nice facility amenities however…dishes in unit were dirty upon arrival, no curtains/window shades in the living room, what was left of the blinds were sitting on the deck, batteries in the tv remotes were dead, fire stick to watch tv in the living room would not connect to the internet, closets had old artwork stashed in them and towel racks in the bathroom were falling off the wall. It would be helpful if the light switches were labeled, as some appeared to do nothing and lighting in the rooms/kitchen were dim. Aside from the minor inconveniences above, we enjoyed out stay.

Great stay!

We had a great time at Pelican pointe! We didn’t have any problems getting in. The reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the twin bed sheets had an obvious stain on the top where you laid down, the washer worked but rocked so bad it almost came out of the little closet it was in. The fan in the big room with the king bed didn’t have a bulb and looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. But overall we enjoyed our stay, just a few things here and there that needed repairing.

Clean but needs some updates

The room was nice, clean and it had wonderful views of the ocean. The lighting in the kitchen was very dim and a few of the electrical sockets didn’t work or sparkled when we plugged stuff in. It could also use a paint job.
