This home is just one house back from the Prom, and a short walk to Downtown Seaside. Take in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the home, where you can watch the king tides in the winter and sunsets in the summer. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool nights. The large deck is great for taking in the sites and time with family and friends. There is a second living room space off the bunk room, with a kitchenette. Great for multigenerational families. 2785 sq feet single family home, sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As a brand new addition, enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard!

BBQ available May-September only for guest safety

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old

Occupancy: 9 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)

Pets are allowed with a fee. When making a reservation, please add your pets and the fee will be added to your stay.

Hot Tub Rules and information:

To ensure the best experience for your stay and our neighbors we ask that you keep the following in mind:.

Usage hours are to be between: 7am-9pm so as to abide by city mandated good neighbor rules.

Rinse off your body before entering the hot tub. Not rinsing off sand or debris will throw off the chemical balance.

If you find the color is or becomes murky, green or yellow, do not use the spa and please call our office.
We will gladly compensate your cost for that day and immediately dispatch service during working hours.
Children under the age of 12 are not to use the hot tub.
Please replace cover when not in use.
The blue sand wand is for your use to remove sand & debris should it get into the hot tub.
Keep bromine float in hot tub at all times.

Maintenance will service hot tub alternating days between 9 a.m. -6 p.m. Under normal conditions this service usually takes half an hour to an hour .
