Living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress. Master bedroom has a king size memory foam cooling mattress, along with a twin trundle bed. Living and bedroom both equipped with 65` Smart Tvs.

There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
