While we strive to ensure each home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every arrival, we regret that any details were missed. Your comments regarding the vent, porch sand, and hair on the furniture are taken seriously, and we’ve shared them with our housekeeping team to ensure greater attention moving forward. Regarding the maintenance issues, we’re glad you were able to restore hot water in the kitchen, and we’re actively addressing the issue with that specific fixture.That said, had we been made aware that the hot water was still unresolved after initial communication, we would have immediately sent maintenance to the property. Our team is always available to assist with any ongoing issues, and we regret if that was unclear during your for the shower that wasn’t functioning, it was operator error. While our team aims to identify issues during turnover, sometimes problems only become apparent once in use. We are continuously working to improve pre-arrival inspection process. Lastly, regarding the rate discrepancy you experienced: we understand how frustrating that must have been. The system error that caused a misquote on your original reservation was corrected as soon as it was identified, and we notified you promptly with the correct rate—prior to the final payment. While this was certainly not ideal, we did offer a no-penalty cancellation at that time. We hope you can understand that the corrected rate was not a case of price inflation, but a necessary adjustment to match the accurate cost of the home.That said, your suggestion to call us directly for booking is a good one.
