Pawleys Island Condo with Golf Views Minutes to beach Pool/Hot Tub Dog-friendly

Welcome to your next vacation home. We want you to sit back and enjoy yourself. The condo is on the third floor overlooking the 4th hole on the True Blue golf course in Pawleys Island. To ensure your peace of mind, the condo is cleaned professionally after each guest. We hope you can take some much-needed time away from home.
We are constantly upgrading the condo to make your stay more enjoyable. A complete kitchen remodel with new appliances, granite countertops, new plank vinyl flooring, and interior painting was completed in October 2023. Being on the top floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area. No neighbors above you. The master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable mattress. Linens are provided for all the beds including the inflatable mattress. A 50” smart TV is mounted in the living area and is easily viewed from the kitchen area. There is a 43“ smart TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have built-in ROKU which allows you to view your own Amazon, Netflix, YouTube TV, or other streaming media channels. There is now a 43" Insignia 4K Fire TV in the second bedroom. A great TV to play video games on. Of course, free WiFi is provided. We replaced the coaches in the living room to be even more pet-friendly.
The kitchen is well equipped with a new refrigerator with an ice maker and a new flat-top stove. An automatic dishwasher, new in 2022, and a garbage disposer (also new in 2022) make quick work of cleaning up while you are on vacation. You will find about anything you need to prepare a full meal or a quick snack including a microwave and toaster oven. For those who need their morning coffee, there is a coffee grinder and maker. For those who like their protein shakes, or a refreshing smoothie or pina colada there is an Oster blender. The kitchen table seats four but for those with bigger families or for your guests, there is an extra leaf insert for the table. Stools are available to hang out near the kitchen counter. There is a full-sized washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

When not at the beach, there are numerous golf courses open year-round. There are so many neat places to shop. Check out the Hammock Shops Village. Take time to visit Brookgreen Gardens. Don't miss visiting Huntington State Park. We provide a parking pass to access the park. You can rent a bike and explore the area.
There is a nice bike path. Explore the marshlands by kayak or paddle board. The area provides great fishing opportunities.

On rainy days, there is a variety of puzzles or games to play. The ultimate relaxation is to just sit on the screened-in porch watching the golfers play the 4th hole or in the evening the beautiful sunset over the pond. Keep your eyes out for the local alligators who live in the pond. The pool and hot tub with an outdoor shower are just a few steps away. The condo complex is less than a 3-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, or shops. Two beach parking lots are only 6 and 7 minutes away. Huntington Beach State Park is about a 15 minute drive. (A parking pass is included to use during your stay). Charleston is an easy day trip only 90 minutes away while Myrtle Beach is a 45-minute drive.
The condo complex is very quiet with easy parking. We have tried to equip the condo with everything to make your vacation as worry-free and relaxing as possible. We are dog-friendly.
Due to allergies we unfortunately do not allow cats. We hope you will come to stay at our condo during your visit to Pawleys Island.
