This spacious, wide open floor plan with the ocean as a backdrop provides a wonderful gathering place for families or a quiet getaway.
BEACH ACCESS is THREE/FOUR houses away.
Sit on the sofa, dine at the table and see the ocean. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen while viewing the sparkling ocean. Lounge on the outdoor daybed, eat at the outdoor table and chairs or picnic table. Sunbathe in the loungers, rock in the rocking chairs or relax with a book in the adirondack chairs on the upper deck and admire the sparkling salt water with each activity. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from deck off of the master bedroom.
2 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 room with two singles, room with daybed/trundle. Three full bathrooms. One with a shower only, one with a tub/shower, and the master with a spacious shower
The house is kept updated. Items for your vacation pleasure include flatscreen TV in second floor den/media area with internet access and flat screen tvs in bedrooms. Updated furniture. All hardwood flooring in upstairs bedrooms!
Wi-fi. Fully stocked kitchen.

Huge outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Golf at the local Golf course, Stono Ferry or drive only 51 miles to five championship courses at Kiawah.

Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Celebrations at the house, such as weddings, receptions, reunions, etc, are allowed. However, if larger celebrations are expected, please discuss with owner.

NO high school, spring break, or college
Parties are allowed. You will be asked to leave the property immediately and WILL NOT receive a refund.

The owner enjoys working with guests. If you have a question about your upcoming stay, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy - In the event Edisto Beach is threatened by a storm that requires the Governor of South Carolina to issue a Mandatory Evacuation, refunds will be issued for nights missed. We will evaluate the circumstances in an emergency situation as our guests safety is of upmost importance.


CANCELLATION POLICY-
If there is a beach closure due to local or state government-hurricane/pandemic, etc.-We offer a complete refund or 100 percent credit for another date suitable for your return. Accentuating circumstances will be reviewed as needed per guest. We will work with our guests on an individual basis should this occur.

RETURN GUESTS: If you are part of the High Seas family and return again within a year of two, please let me know when you book. You will receive a $200. Refund Thanks!!
