This is one of the best places we've stayed with VRBO. Just enough away from downtown to be perfect. Wonderfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath that is perfect for two couples or companions traveling together. Just outside the bathrooms on both ends were private outdoor showers. It had a lovely back patio with plenty of deer to watch. I would highly recommend this space.

Peaceful getaway

One of my favorite places of all time

This is a wonderful place and such a beautiful view and design. Definitely will be going back! If you are looking for a unique place and is over the top this is perfect.

It is an excellent and beautiful property. The attention to detail and comfort in design and experience are well done. A perfect location that is far enough from Fredericksburg proper for a peaceful retreat but close enough to get to all the things to do in the area.

Great property for wine country exploration

Celebrated my 60th here with some good friends. Always love TX hill country wine visits. Property is ~10 mins from downtown Fredericksburg so easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the road into the wineries. Loved the regular visits from the local deer population. Would stay here again

Amazing!!

This house is so beautiful!! It’s even better than the pictures and the back patio with the benches (that light up btw..) and the fire pit was the end to a perfect day. The bathrooms are amazing with that huge shower. 10/10 would love to stay there again!! And my guests were very impressed as well!

Beautiful property!

Stayed here for 5 days with husband and sister. Loved the property! Very well decorated. Was very impressed! Had great bathrooms. Great place to sit outside in the evening’s watching the deer. Just a few miles out of Fredericksburg, so easy to go into when you wanted too. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Beautiful Country Retreat

This is a beautiful property outside of Fredericksburg. It is only a short drive into town. There is only a kitchenette, small refrigerator and no stove, but we were on vacation and didn't want to cook anyway. Only real draw back, no washer and dryer available to guests.

The dreamiest getaway

When my husband and I were looking for places to stay in Hill Country, we wanted somewhere beautiful, close to town but that felt secluded. This place was all of that! The pictures you see are what you’ll get plus more! One of our favorite things about staying here was watching the deer every evening 😍😍😍. We will be back for sure!

Lovely proerty

Lovely property out in the country. Furnished nicely. Figuring out how to lock the door was challenging.. and felt a little exposed in the bathroom with no curtains on the door. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and would return

Weekend break

This property is without doubt one of the very best in the Fredericksburg area. Superb rural location where you get the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy nature. The deer, in particular, love to come and visit with you, in some cases coming all the way up to the house. If you want a 'get away from it all' experience then this is the place for you. The standard of the accommodation and decor is second to none.
