Laundry facilities complete the first floor. Upstairs you'll find gleaming wood floors, plenty of dining seating, breakfast bar & cheery kitchen with useful storage. The upper balcony provides picturesque water views left & right as well as a good look at the downtown. Coffee never tasted so good as it does sitting on this porch!
