St. George Island Pool, Hot Tub & Beach Access

An oceanfront beach home with a private boardwalk out to the sparkling sands in one of the most serene sections of the Forgotten Coast, ranked as the fourth-best beach in the US. This brand new, single-level, multi-suite home features a wall of windows leading out to a quiet deck with uninterrupted views of the private wading pool and the white sand beach. This five-suite + additional bunk room house comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests.

PET FEE & POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.

• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.

NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.

PRIVACY
The hot tub at this location is serviced every week, scheduled every Tuesday & Saturday between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
This home is in a growing neighborhood. In Spring 2025, county contractors are expected to perform minimally disruptive work by the beach dunes in front of the property, so you may see or hear non-obtrusive maintenance during the day hours.

ACCESSIBILITY
This two-level home requires stairs for second-level access.

LOCAL LAWS
During the sea turtle nesting season from May 1st until October 31st, please observe the following guidelines at the beach: keeping backlight decks off and avoid using flashlights and lanterns at night, filling in holes and knocking down sandcastles, disposing of trash properly, avoid touching the turtles and their nests.

POOL HEATING
Please be aware that during the winter months, pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. We recommend planning ahead to allow sufficient time for the pool to heat up. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.

NOISE
Wander St. George Island is located in a residential neighborhood with several full time, permanent residents. Please take note that quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM to not disturb our neighbors.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and cameras facing the driveway at each Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
