Welcome to our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom unit located in the heart of Marathon! This newly remodeled property offers instant ocean access and dockage for up to a 30 foot boat, making it the perfect place for fishing and water enthusiasts. It has a newly installed fiberglass pool with a heater that is available for an extra cost.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully furnished space with a coastal theme that will transport you to a tropical paradise. The unit features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The host was very welcoming and helpful and accommodating of a request. The home was beautiful and just as pictured, it’s cozy but plenty of space for the two of us. Very private patio and pool area.

The home was perfect for my wife and myself. The home itself was clean, updated, and comfortable. I was able to fish off the back while the wife enjoyed the sunshine then we cooled off in the perfectly small pool. The owner outfits the home with ammenities to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. Close to the beach, shopping and fantastic restaurants made our stay amazing! See you next year!

This place was perfect. It’s centrally located and made getting around very easy. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, which made meals simple and convenient. After busy days exploring, it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax. You can lay out by the pool or sit in the shaded seating area if you want to stay out of the sun. In the mornings, it was wonderful to enjoy coffee while watching the birds dive for their breakfast. The washer and dryer were also a great bonus. The beautiful sunrises were the perfect way to start each day. I would absolutely stay here again.

Little piece of paradise…

Dennis is a dream to work with. Amazingly accommodating, easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The house is charming with a wonderful view. Just a few houses down from the Atlantic. Close to everything. Very clean with nice accommodations. Would definitely stay again!

Keys Vacay

The property owner/manager was extremely nice. We had rented a Jeep. We asked him if we could drop our luggage of before check in due to not having enough space for our kids’ luggage when they arrived at the airport. He immediately said yes. The unit was complete stocked with so many extras. We saved a lot of money on toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc, I don’t know if he supplied it or previous people had left it. Nevertheless, it was a great bonus. We loved our stay
