This villa features 4 bed rooms with 3 bath rooms, plus convertible bed that can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. There are two master suites, three bathrooms, living room with formal dining table, large family room, breakfast room with breakfast bar and dining table, fully-fitted kitchen, game room, pool and spa (with removable baby security fence). Private swimming pool with spa. Large screen TVs. Completely furnished kitchen with washer and dryer. Game tables are the game room(garage). Free wireless Internet access. The villa offers interactive cable TV, with hundreds of HD channels.

For guests with babies, we have a crib/playpen and high chair available.
This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).

Near Disney: The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World ( ~ 7.5 mi ) and is much less congested than I-4.There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within one- to five-minutes drive. These include Wal-Mart, Publix, with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a Walgreens (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community. The I-4 is only a matter of ten minutes away; there you can reach Tampa in approximately one-hour drive and all of Orlando's major theme parks and attractions within 20-30 minutes.

Glenbrook Resort community: Glenbrook Resort community is internationally known for its subtle mix of that resort feel, while maintaining that 'neighborhood' charm. Inside this community you will find a clubhouse with gym, tennis courts, beach volleyball, resort pool, game rooms, and scheduled activities. It is close to Disney, just ~ 7.5 mi (12km) or ~ 15 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World.

Microwave was broken. Fridge had a broken door/butttons. Smelled like pee in the home. Pool had stains and missing parts. Would not stay there again.

The villa was in the perfect location. Not too near that you surrounded by traffic. You have food options on your door step. The villa is a little dated and a few things could do with updating or fixing. The pool was the perfect size. Was a bit tired and had concrete stuck to bottom. This did not impact being able to use it. Overall I would 100% stay again. We had the most magical stay.

Very easy to get to, directions on entrance were clear and easy, furniture is definitely a little worn, but it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend.

This house should not be available for renting until things are fixed and cleaned. Upon Arrival we notified the Property Manager of issues through voicemail since it was after hours. We did not hear back during our 8 night stay. The house was quite dirty and we found empty packaging and soda cans under the beds in every room. There were also huge stains in the carpet in all the bedrooms and the front living room. Outside the "grill" which was actually a George Foreman electric griddle was full of grease on the cooktop while also had rib bones and mold growing on the cooktop. The Door handles were broken for entering and exiting the pool cage, and the Pool cage was covered in green mildew. House definetly could use some TLC and maintenance.Other more serious problems had to do with the pool had brown detoriation spots and the surface was coming up thoughout the pool. There is also serious safety issues that put peoples life at risk. The drain covers in both the pool and hottub were either broken or missing. This is a serious hazard as you could step into the drain and hurt yourself or even get a girls hair caught in the drain and not beable to resurface. These are very unsafe and shouldnt be available for anyone to rent.

2nd thoughts

Please rethink before you stay here. They need renovations to the pool and spa. Be clear and ask about additional fees. Be ware after paying you won’t be accessible to them that easily. Heat is additional, pets additional. The spa had a hole not covered and the pool had brown spots. Bring your own cleaning and washing supplies.

Property was very nice as advertised very clean the only complaint was the air conditioner the thermostat had a lock on it and it was set at 72 degrees it didn’t even cool during the day it was 85-89 degrees during the day and seamed to kick off during the night they were very quick to respond and send someone out the technician acted like the air conditioner was to small for the house that is why the 4 stars other than that it would be a 5 star we did enjoy our stay

Worse place ever

This place is unsafe dirty unkept I have ever stayed in management will not help owner will not help receptive cover not on pee stains all over carpets and walls bed skirt this place need so much work take it from us choose another place all negative comment on site are true this place is a 0 out of 10 and what I said is only part of what is wrong

Not as pictured, catfished by a house.

The pictures of the property are from when they first listed it. When you actually get to the house you will be disappointed. Everything is run down and wore out. The cleanliness was bad. The carpet is stained throughout the house. I found mildew in the dishwasher, hair in the bathroom, nail clippings in the carpet in the bedroom, dirt on the walls, light switches, and doors. I went through a ton of disinfectant wipes and spray. The pool and hot tub lining are falling apart leaving rough exposed areas throughout that you could get cut on. The hedges in the back are overgrown so you don't have space to walk your dog like you thought. A lot of stuff is broken and damaged through the house. The host is great at getting back to you while you are booking the place and taking your money, but once you get there they completely ghost you. Obviously because they catfished you with the house. Would not recommend.

The area of where the house is , is perfect spot. It’s nice big house , but does need some upgrades.. the couches are terrible all 4 of them. This was are 2nd time renting the place and will continue to rent this house. We just put bed pillows on the couches to sit on to be comfortable. Besides the couches it’s a nice house. Will be going back again next year.

Just okay

The house itself was mostly fine. Big rooms, clean. You can see it’s worn but nothing too drastic. The pool area was very misleading it was dirty and moldy on the patio. The jacuzzi didn’t have hot water so it was the same as the pool temperature. We stayed during a hurricane and not once did the owner or property manager even reach out to check on us or the house. I messaged both owner and property management multiple times and got no answers. Definitely not a great experience but got us through our vacation

Place needs updating badly, all the furniture is from the 1980's and looks like it came from a garage sale, no maintenance on the interior in a very long time. Pool is not heated unless you pay for extra. Pros: location, size, price, beds were comfortable Cons: noisy, pictures are old and do not reflect the current state of the house, Felt misled by the description, fridge froze everything, tv in bedrooms get one channel, pool and screen need repair as there were bugs in the pool are due to holes in there screens

House was great

The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone, good location and great neighborhood. Plenty of supplies to get ypir visit started. Close to parks, restraurants and otger attractions. We will definetely use this property in the future.

Needs updates and repairs

We had two different dryer repairmen clean out the vents and it still didn’t dry an average sized load in one cycle. It needs to be replaced. The couches need replacing as well, not comfortable. The kitchen is woefully under stocked, no storage containers for food, no salt & pepper shakers, no working can opener. Very few drinking glasses (we had to buy our own). Only one dish towel and one dish cloth. No cleaning supplies including a scrub brush and no hand towels for bathroom. There were no placemats to protect the kitchen table so it was damaged from hot dishes and plates. No coasters for drinks. No knobs on any drawers or cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms other than the master. Some were missing and most had never been installed. The pool was in major disrepair with the surface peeling off the bottom and rough edges, also on the seat in pool. The neighbour’s dog was running behind and beside the pool daily, kicking dirt through the screen into the pool. The neighbours irrigation head was washing mud onto the pool deck which I had to sweep up every 3 days. All the carpets need a good steam cleaning. On the plus side it was only a 4 minute drive to the Publix grocery store and 6 minutes to Walmart. It was quite spacious and has the potential to be a lovely house and pool if it was updated and looked after.

Badly misrepresented property

This property is misrepresented in the VRBO ad. It is old, worn and not well maintained. Upon arrival, we found the property to be dirty, with caked dirt on the baseboards and dirty, sticky kitchen floors. ALL of the carpeted areas are dirty, stained and badly worn. The furniture is old and very broken down. I spent the first day of our trip cleaning everything as best I could as we found dried coffee grounds in the coffee maker and dirty dishes in the cabinets. All of the appliances are at least 20 years old with leaky dishwasher showing mold around the door seal. The door on the microwave is broken and cracked and has rust in the interior. The washer and dryer had to be thoroughly cleaned to remove a build up of hair and lint so they could be used. The exhaust fan in one of the ensuite bathrooms did not work and many overhead lights had burned out bulbs. Sheets on at least one of the beds had holes in them. We were unable to use the pool or the hot tub due to the deteriorated condition of both PLUS the fact that to heat both would be an additional fee of $290. Initially, we paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated but then cancelled that part. Florida must have strange rules about hot tubs as to be sanitary they need to be heated to at least 100 degree at all times. The garage door opener was missing and the double garage door is VERY heavy and difficult to both open and close. All in all, definitely NOT a property recommended to rent.

Vacation

The house is very nice, very spacious.. only 2 small complaints the refrigerator was set o high n was freezing everything n you were not allowed to change it., n the couches are sooo uncomfortable to sit on... but besides that i would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place.. thanks again

Disney Vacation

The size and location of the home was perfect. Was about 30 min from disney and other things in the surrounding area. Was close to stores, restaurants, and activities for the children. The pool needs to be resealed, but did not cause any harm to myself or the children. We still got daily use from the pool, which was wonderful due to the 90°+ weather we were having. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the home! I came home with only the clothes we wore the day before we left to wash. The dryer has to be set on the line before the 60 to dry completly, but it did the job. The stocked kitchen had everything we needed. They leave some toilet paper and trash bags but was not enough for our week stay (this is also stressed in the email we received prior to arriving) so it was not a suprise. The house could use some extra cleaning and updates, but overall was not bad as a whole. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation with Dogs

It was so nice to find a nice vacation home where we could bring our two dogs. House was spacious and cozy. Plenty of towels and well supplied kitchen.

Great size but needs a lot of TLC

The layout size cleanliness and location of the property was great. However disappointed in the fixtures and furnishings. The pool lining very stained and rough. The pool netting enclosure has hole’s therefore debris and flies in pool daily. Majority of the furniture stained and missing handles. I have photos of some of the damage if required.

Manage your expectations

This rental is a home. It isn’t the most up-to-date or flashiest. But it is clean, comfortable and welcoming. For sure not white glove military clean, though. (We found a dried contact lens on the bedside table, and some trash under the couches.) But, we had clean towels and bed sheets, and there was plenty of space for everyone and all the necessities for a great vacation. It is a distance from the theme parks with heavy traffic taking 35-40 minutes to any gate, but that drive passes by many great restaurants, fast food places, gas stations, and convenience stores. The TV is not a smart TV and only offers Basic cable (which in Florida is News, Sports, Religious programs, and sitcoms from the 80s) There is Wi-Fi, which sadly wasn't working for part of our trip, and a DVD player, so plan accordingly. The pool and hot tub are enclosed and wonderful, but you can see into the neighbors pool area and they (and their pets) can see you. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, I felt we could have used more towels. The kitchen has all the plates, bowls and silverware you might need. There is a dishwasher, and the laundry room washer and dryer work ok, but we did need to run the dryer several times to actually achieve dryness. There are handy notes all around the house, but I’d add a channel listing and maybe a recommendation for pizza or other food delivery menus. Everything we needed was there and the home was welcoming and comfortable. Would love to come again.

Cleanliness and expectations

The house was very dirty. We found a note in one of the beds that said dirty under the comforter. There was dirty washcloths between tub and sink. Owner communicated up to the point where I wanted to be billed to heat the hot tub. I was under the understanding that the hot tub would be heated and not the pool. Come to find out the hot tub was ice cold and an additional fee. Hot tub was a priority while booking and didn’t get to enjoy. I have stayed in this area before with other owners and got ub was included with fee just not pool. I will never book again with this owner.

Beautiful Home with the perfect location

Beautiful big Home perfectly located about 20 minutes from the Disney property. We had no problems going back to the house for an afternoon break everyday. kitchen is fully stocked with all that was needed to cook. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenary of food options close by and a Walmart within 2 miles. My family would definitely stay here again
