Welcome to Risky Business, a beautifully renovated cottage just steps from the gorgeous beaches of Ft Morgan! Risky Business has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. Newly renovated in 2023, Risky Business is the perfect family beach retreat. Located on a quiet street that ends at the beach, guests are a 1-minute walk to paradise! About Risky Business

With granite countertops, new appliances, new floors, renovated bathrooms, and all-new décor, Risky Business is sure to be a family favorite! Located on a quiet street, guests can enjoy the sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets, and the famous sugar-white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast!

Inside Risky Business is the picture of perfection! Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with coastal décor and furnishings. With ample seating and plenty of light, the living room is the perfect spot to relax and read or enjoy a movie on the large TV.

Across from the living area, are the open dining area and kitchen. Have a seat at the dining table that seats 6, or the island that seats 4, and enjoy a freshly prepared meal. The fully equipped and renovated kitchen features everything needed to prepare a meal, just like at home! There is a full laundry room in this area as well.

Located off of the kitchen is the master suite, which features a king-sized bed and a television. The attached private bathroom features a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. Off of the living area are the other 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed that sleeps 2 and a television. Bedroom 3 is a “bunk room” that sleeps 4, perfect for the kiddos in the group. Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed plus a Twin trundle as well. The second bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo.

Underneath the home, guests will find a shady place to park and store all of their beach gear. There is room to accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

Guest acknowledges that beaches, bays, docks, piers, pools, and waterfront areas are inherently dangerous and assumes all related risks, known or unknown, when renting a vacation rental home.
