The space
This lower-level, basement unit has a fully private backyard, patio, firepit area, and everything else that you need for a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs! You will have the entire lower level of the duplex, with a private backyard and patio area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen/dining area right off of the living room. Enjoy the newly remodeled feel while being close to the numerous sightseeing areas and other attractions that Colorado Springs has to offer!

✅ Enter through the private side door and be welcomed by the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen.

✅ Enjoy the 50” 4K Smart TV in the living room - with all modern and necessary apps that you can sign into to pick up streaming from where you left off at home. There is also a desk workstation with super-fast fiber wifi!

✅ Your dining room area has a full-sized table, with 4-chairs and a pull-up stool located by the front door.

✅ Your kitchen is fully stocked with a full-sized fridge, stove w/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, pots & pans, plates & bowls, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, cooking spices, and a Keurig Coffee Maker with Provided Coffee Pods.

✅ Rest well during your stay with blackout shades, fans, and white noise machines in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new, queen-sized memory foam bed, a 42” smart TV, a reading chair, and an accent dresser. The second bedroom has a brand new, queen-sized, memory foam bed, with creative accent paint and decor!

✅ Each bedroom also has wall hooks, luggage racks/stands, plenty of hangers, and an extra comfy blanket. Under each bed, there is also a 6-port power strip for all of your electronic charging needs.

✅ Your clean and sparkling full bathroom is well stocked with large towels, toilet paper, kleenex, and Aveda brand Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash (If you forget yours, or just want to try it out)! We also provide feminine products, face wipes, and a hairdryer.

✅ We provide a high-chair and pack-n-play for your trip so you don’t have to worry about bringing one for your little travelers! We also have children’s books, and utensils/dishware.

✅ The laundry room is located in the unit and includes allergen-free detergent, dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board.

✅ Lastly, gather around the private backyard patio and propane fire-pit area to enjoy a game of cornhole and fire up the propane grill.
Guest access
You have access to the entire lower-level, basement unit of the house with a private side entrance, back yard, and parking area located off of the back alleyway. Our house is set up like a duplex and the second unit upstairs has its own separate entrance and private front yard. The adjoining door which is visual when walking in the side door, that connects the duplex units, remains locked at all times with bold locks on both sides, for extra peace of mind. You don't need to worry about sharing any privacy during your stay!

Both the units are being rented out to traveling guests, so please be respectful of the other guests and be noise conscious during your stay. you may hear footsteps and other noises during your stay, but we take precautions to make sure they are minimized and you are comfortable.
Other things to note
**We know that we are still living in cautious times and traveling is now more stressful than ever. The health and comfort of every guest are important to us and you can rest assured that when you enter the house for the first time, all surfaces and frequently touched points are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning service. We take great pride in our cleanliness (check out our reviews!)
