Brand new 6-seat GOLF CART included with rental!

Charming lakeside 3BR-3BA coastal cottage that sleeps 8 guests! 1327 Ravens Run is situated in the picturesque enclave of Laurel Grove at the Resort. Our location is convenient to the beach entrance, the Village at Baytowne Wharf, the marina, tennis center, and all that the Resort has to offer. The Laurel Grove clubhouse features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, an exercise room and a full kitchen with an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick tram ride will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!

Tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, the updated décor reflects casual beach style. Our spacious family room is designed with a 30” cathedral ceiling, wood floors, cushy seating, and a large HDTV/DVD. French doors open to a breezy lakeside porch with outdoor seating. Enjoy preparing meals for everyone in our fully stocked updated kitchen. The patios both have seating for enjoying time outside.

The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and offers a king bed, an HDTV, and adjoins the master bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Also located on the main floor is the second bedroom with a Queen bed, an HDTV and a hallway guest bathroom featuring a large shower. The upstairs bedroom offers 2 Queen beds (not twins), an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a stacked washer and dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Our cottage is a relaxing place to spend some time at the beach! Your vacation to remember starts here at 1312 Ravens Run E at Laurel Grove.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Great Stay in Laurel Grove

Great stay, house was nice and clean upon my arrival. My family did not want to leave. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves on the back porch looking at the pond.

Nice trip . Only problem was that we had to charge the golf cart overnight as it wasn’t charged when we got there. Nice house. Nice location. Husband complained about mattress in the master but I don’t have a problem with it.

Beautiful home

A very spacious and clean home!!! We had so much room and it is well kept! Beach blue rentals was amazing to deal with and we are so happy with our stay!! Highly highly recommend!!

Loved the neighborhood, communication with the property manager was excellent the house was a little dated, carpet was worn and fraying by bathroom with sharp points, had to be very careful walking over it. The couches did not recline and were uncomfortable. We loved the work out facility and the hot tub. The back porch was wonderful too.

The only criticism I would give is that the kitchen rug and other carpeting are showing signs of wear and should be replaced. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed this rental.

Wouldn’t stay again. Too many issues with the place. The most offensive being it smelled like dog pee. The most inconvenient, the dryer didn’t work and the fridge had to be defrosted. The cleanliness was really subpar. There was an exposed tack strip that we had to keep covered with a rug so no one got cut. There were other issues, like poor communication, but I don’t want to make a laundry list here. We ended up checking out a day early. Our experience in this home and dealing with the property management definitely affected our overall vacation experience. Very frustrating when you work, save, and plan all year. We were offered an insulting discount to not leave a review. We declined.

Nice property, but disappointed.

The home itself was ok, it could use a little tlc. I’ve definitely had better experiences at other properties within the subdivision. The listing advertised a 6 seater golf cart which was at the property… but it was broken down before we even made it off of the property’s street. Thankfully there was a second golf cart there that was in some what working order but was hanging on by a thread (literally). With a busted windshield, a lot of noise like the tire hub was about to blow, and the pool noodles rigged as arm rest… it was humiliating to ride around on. My husband reached out to the management company with no response all week.

Good House

The house was good. It was clean, a little worn in places, like the doorways. The recliners on the couch in the living room did not recline. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The refrigerator door is backwards to the way it should open. There is access to a few pools, one is just down the road, an easy walk. The biggest problem we faced, was the golf cart. We got stranded and had to walk back to the house the first day. It did not get fixed while we were there. One of the main reasons we stayed at this house was for the golf cart. Sandestin is so much better if you can get around in a cart. They said we could take the tram, but who wants to wait around or ride a tram when you rented a house with a golf cart?

Awesome cottage and location

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully maintained cottage! The bed and couches were comfortable and everything was very clean and beautiful. Keurig was not working and the golf cart might need a new battery as it would slow down to a crawl after the first day. We only went to the beach and back and barely got back. We did charge it overnight for at least 10 hours and we double checked that we had everything plugged in all the way. We had rented a car so we ended up using that after the first day since we were nervous about getting stuck on the road. Other than that, we loved the house, location and had the best time! Thank you for sharing your house!

Disappointing find

We were so excited about our stay at this location and were amazed by how beautiful it actually was when we arrived. Upon checking in and unpacking my wife and I found something in our room that was rather concerning, so we reached out to management. I was contacted by management about this instance and was told someone would contact me the next day and come over to visit us. We never received any other contact from management and nobody ever came by to assure us this wouldn’t happen to another family. Absolutely will NOT be staying with them again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 4 of us at the house. We had a wonderful time but wanted to share some issues we found.1. It would have been nice to have more outdoor chairs. With such a big lovely porch you should have more chairs.2. The toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom is broken.3. The cushions on outdoor chairs need to be replaced.4. There is no grill but description states there is a grill.5. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, it will prevent us from renting this house again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented with BB in the past; always the same place. We late setting up the rental this year and missed out on our usual place and stayed here this year. While it was roomier and more spacious, it either doesn't get rented much or the cleaning crew didn't do a thorough job. It was very dusty and buggy. And more oddly, there were ring cameras and an odd little sign about neighbors and rules. This felt a little weird, as we then felt we were being monitored at some level along the way. We really like BB and will continue to rent through you; but this property just wasn't as great as the others due to the cleaniness and the cameras.
