This 2 story home offers 1500 sqft of upper, lower and roof decks along with a private outdoor shower. Vacation in this state of the art home with family and friends.

We offer a very clean and fully stocked home. Our home features 3 Master Suites with King size beds & flat screen TVs, along with 2 additional bedrooms with 1 Full, 2 Twin over Full size bunk beds. We also have two family rooms with flat screen TVs for your entertaining convenience. Air conditioning throughout! Large open functional kitchen with a bar, beverage refrigerator, wine refrigerator, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, pots/pans, cooking & baking utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer and regular & keurig coffee maker, gas BBQ grill. Over-sized washer and dryer available in a spacious laundry room. Relax in the upstairs vaulted ceiling living room with the magnificent sounds and views of the ocean. The additional family room on the main level walks out to the ocean facing deck with a covered furnished lounging area.

Enjoy Direct TV Satellite with Flat screen TVs, DVD players, Surround Sound built in speakers, Stereo, Free Wireless Internet!!! We provide it all - Bedding, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, dish washing detergent, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. If needed, we have a high chair, a pack n play, and a baby gate.

Paradise in OBP

Fantastic property in an incredible location. Close enough to all the amenities but far enough removed to provide a sense of escapism. 30 second walk to the beach and incredible sea views. Joy was so helpful and the whole rental process was easy and convenient throughout. We will certainly be back!

Fantastic property!!

The house is absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. We were a group of two families. Four adults in their 40s and four kids ages 7 through 10. The home is literally on the beach with beach access right in front. All of the bedrooms are huge with TVs and air conditioners. All great appliances, including a commercial grade ice machine.. Could not ask for anything better!

Great Vacation!

Wonderful week with my family! The house could not have been better. Being able to look at the water all week long was so relaxing. The house is very well appointed, clean and updated and has several outdoor spaces which is great for a large group of multigenerational family. We have been coming to Fire Island for many years and this was by far one of our best stays! Thanks Joy and Pete!

Perfect beach front house!

This house was perfect. It was a joy to wake up to the ocean each morning. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay, including grill, beach chairs, smart TVs and a fabulous outdoor shower. Joy was very helpful.

PERFECT

We are a few families vacationing together and had a fantastic time. Perfect layout. Next door Fire Island Hotel was awesome for the kiddos to swim at the pool. We will rent again next year!

Beach Front Fire Island Vacation

Our extended family of 14 had a wonderful memorial day weekend at the house celebrating our Dad's birthday. The house is in a fabulous location, just a few blocks from the ferry down a quiet path/street and right on the beach which was so convenient and easy for everyone. The house is kept beautifully, clean and modern with everything needed in the kitchen, lots of beach chairs/towels, and a great deck with huge table and grill. There were just the right amount of rooms for our 4 adult couple rooms and a bunk bed room for 4 kids and an extra couch/den near the bedrooms too. The only challenge was sharing the bathrooms since 14 of us but it worked out and there was an outdoor shower too. Given the high cost of eating out with 14, we brought lots of our own food except dairy stuff that we bought at the store a few blocks away. The store has everything you need, just pricey. There are some pizza/ice cream places nearby as well as restaurants both in Ocean Bay Park and the more bustling Ocean Beach town with lots of stores and restaurants, about a 20 min walk or can take a water taxi. Mostly, the beach front location was a treat for everyone, whether hanging on the beach or the deck, and we loved an incredible park with a sunken walkway through the woods across to the bay, about a half hour walk down the beach. Joy was very easy to work with in planning our vaca.

The Perfect Fire Islad Home

The OCB House is impeccably furnished and outfitted, it has everything we needed. And it has the perfect layout for large groups. It was clean, fresh and wonderful. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

The only place to rent on Fire a Island!

The house was up to date, beautiful and well maintained. Pictures do not do it justice. The owners were a pleasure to rent from and all we had to bring was beverages and food. You will not be disappointed, it really has everything they promised. Great place to bring children and the location in literally on the beach! Trip of a life time😎

Amazing Weekend in Ocean Bay Park!

I have stayed at this beautiful home in Ocean Bay Park twice now with a few of my girlfriends and both times, we had a great experience. This house is spacious, clean and the perfect beach house! The location is great, just steps to the beach, and a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. I recommend this house to anyone looking a relaxing, peaceful beach experience!

4th of July rental - Amazing

The house is Beautiful. We rented for the entire week of the 4th and had an amazing time. The kitchen is very nice and large to prepare big meals, and also has a wine fridge and drink fridge, we barely had to use coolers. All of the bedrooms are adequately sized and you are comfortable in every room. A/C in every room is a nice compliment even if most of the times you have the sliding doors open for the breeze. The deck is extremely large and has a nice hangout area on the first floor and a second area with a grill on the second floor, the views from the second floor deck are breathtaking. Overall this was a great rental home and I will definitely be renting again next year. Thanks so much
