This beautiful home was immaculate, clean and well presented. It is spectacularly close to the beach and water. Listening to the waves lapping on the shore at night was very soothing. The view of the sunrise was amazing. It’s walking distance to some smart places to eat. Dale, our host was incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Thoroughly recommended and 5 star review well deserved.

The house really is amazing, to be able to step out the door and literally be at your own private beach and being on the water, is breath taking. We had an amazing time at Dale's property. The water is so close it is hard to believe. We saw dolphins go by a few times, and lots of fish jumping out of the water.The house is very comfortable and clean, ands close to restaurants and shops. Dale was a pleasure to deal with. We loved everything about Anna Maria. The food was amazing. Our whole vacation was amazing.

I guess you can see now, what our little Island paradise, is all about. I want to thank you ladies, for choosing, my house, Amiskyview, to stay. Mr. Dale was an exceptional host. He was very attentive in his communication and his number one priority was making our stay special for our family to make memories. The house is located close to all the shops and restaurants all easily accessible by walking. The beach was great and very calm waters which allowed our younger children to play without concerns of large waves or rip tides. Will definitely book this house again for our next stay in Anna Maria.

Awesome home right on the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with. Great location on the island with easy access to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this house!

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the location can’t be beat! Dale was great at communicating and checked on us while we were there. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

This house was perfect for my family. Being right on the water was ideal for our young family. Our two year old and a six month old, were able to nap inside while I sat in the sand. The water was also perfect for the kids, being only about 3 feet deep for a good distance. We ate every meal on the patio out back. We enjoyed all of the fun toys at the house : kayak, paddle boards, lounge chairs, beach chairs, and sand toys galore. There was so much wildlife activity in the water- we saw dolphins right near the shore almost every day. The inside was super clean and just as described. The kitchen was a bit tight, but our family of six adults made it work. Added bonus, the house was a 2-3 minute walk to shops including Two Scoops ice cream. Only a short drive to the ocean side as well. Dale was an excellent host! He quickly communicated and was accommodating about our arrival. Thank you!

Thank you Janessa....for that very nice, Super Review. I appreciate, your kindness and you all staying, at Amiskyview. It was great, the kids, had so much fun and you all got to see a lot of dolphins and wildlife. You really can't beat the incredible views, location and uniqueness, of the house. Our family, came to the island in the 1930's and at the time, could have gotten property, anywhere on the island, but chose and loved, that location. I thank you again, for choosing to stay and I hope you all, can return again, to paradise, soon.

The beach was amazing and pet friendly. My dogs loved running the beach and our adult kids enjoyed the kayaks. The golf cart rental Triple G's was great too. Thank you, Dale!

Great location!

Can’t beat the location! We quickly fell in love with Anna Maria Island and hope to come visit again soon. Dale made the check in/check out process very easy, and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great stay

Kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. Dale was great and promptly helped with a forgotten item including mailing it back to us. Will stay here again next time we are in area.

Gorgeous views!

Ideal location! We watched dolphins play everyday, saw nesting sea turtles, and a large variety of birds. The home was perfectly appointed for a wonderful beach stay and the host was very accommodating!

Great having you stay. So happy to know you all had a wonderful time. Thank you for your 5 Star Review. It's an awesome house and you really can't beat the view and location anywhere, on the island. Just walk out your door and step on to a private sandy beach and the water. You don't have to lug all your things to the beach or try and find a parking space, it's in your front yard...lol. Hurry back!

Great location and host

Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. The host was excellent with communication and being accommodating. The cottage was perfect- cute and cozy and the view was incredible. It is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the pier! I highly recommend this property.

Amazing spot that is close to everything on the island. Beach front that can’t be beat. We saw dolphins, a stingray, and found plenty of good shells (including two shark teeth). Dale was very responsive and even arranged for his crew to install a scooter ramp for my Dad on Christmas Eve. A huge bonus is the amount of water and sand toys, including kids/toddler life vests. Great stay all around!

Second time staying at this property. Fourth time at AMI. We just love both. I especially like this house because I’m handicapped and unable to access most beaches and bodies of water. This property is perfect for me as the sand and water are right there! Each bedroom having own full bath is great when having company. Place is fully stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Dale is a most gracious host and really cares that you have a great vacation. Would definitely recommend. A

Thank you, so much, for that, very d, nice 5 Star Review. It was sure thoughtfully, of you. It's been a real pleasure,having you stay and come back, for another year. I'm always thriving, to have guest return again. I want to offer you, a discount, if you come again, next year and I have felt bad, because the cold front, messed up the weather, some. We never hardly get, cold fronts, in June. So happy , you all, had great time. I've tried hard, to make the house, easily accessible, with a wheelchair, glad it helped.

Private beach and perfect location

Perfect location with easy walk to town. Everything you would need is already there. Our grandkids loved the beach area and all the sand toys. We also enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes. The view is awesome!!

Home with a lot of charm and a great location

Home has a great layout. A lot of useable space. Amazing views. And the beach is right out the back door. There are a lot of water toys you can use like paddle boards, etc and even fun beach toys for the littles.

Excellent house

This house is great. Location is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. You are right on the water and very peaceful. My father who is in a wheelchair was easy to transport around the house.

Fantastic beach house

Some people do vacation rentals for the money, Others, like Dale do it because he loves people and wants to share his childhood home with others. Great vibes and memories were made. Thank you Dale!

Perfect Spot on AMI

Very clean AMI home with perfect views of the ocean. Easy access to Pine street with restaurants and a short walk to the other side of the island for a larger beach and different shells. Lots of kids toys to play in the sand and beach umbrella to use for shade. Great communication with the owner; would return again!

Senior gals on the beach.

We appreciated all the bedroom and bathroom space. Nice and clean. The view of the water from the living room was really great. We spent so much time on the large front deck watching the waves and flocks of Ibis meandering by. Host Dale was super responsive to a couple of special requests. Restaurants and shopping very close by. Great visit. Host Fake

Thank you! I had never realized how so many different birds walk by on the beach. It's actually a fantastic place, to bird watch. I'm so happy, you enjoyed all the bed and bath room space. It's a great ," Old Florida" house.
