Casa Ilusion is a unique, luxury private beachfront home. Located on just under an acre of land with towering palm trees and 120 feet of beachfront. Ideally located on the quiet north side beach, The villa is a short walk to the town center. No car is necessary – restaurants, cafes and lovely Sayulita shopping are within an easy 5 minute stroll.
As soon as you enter Casa Ilusion, you will see through the beautifully appointed main house to the professionally landscaped, tranquil grounds & spacious lawn lush with magnificent palms to the ocean beyond. Relax under a palapa, umbrella, or in a hammock by the ocean, with the sounds of the waves and the sea breeze. Carry your board 200 yards up the beach to surf the left or right, or walk down the beach to dinner.
Casa Ilusion’s main house and casita are ideal for 5 couples. The five spacious, air conditioned suites, each with an ocean view, offer the highest level of comfort with luxury Frette bedding on king beds, all complete with their own en suite bathrooms. The new separate TV/games room can be converted to 2 twin beds for accommodating 2 children (kids only please!). This room is next to our first floor bedroom and can be configured as a family suite as needed.
In addition to the main house comfortably sleeping 8 adults + 2 children itself, there is a beautiful beachfront Casita, just steps from the ocean, which comfortably sleeps 3 (King + Single bed). The Casita is air conditioned 600 square feet - a real "Honeymoon Casita" suite with full bath, and a beautiful, open palapa style ceiling.
In all, Casa Ilusion has beds for 10 adults and 3 children. We also can provide 2 cribs and highchairs.
The main living space comes equipped with all of the amenities you could need; flat screen HD TV & satellite cable & Wi-Fi connection is accessible throughout the house and the grounds. Please note that the wifi can not support multiple zoom meetings at once, but is fast enough for general surfing and email. Thank you.
Casa Ilusion features its own private beach area with palm trees situated atop a five-foot seawall so you can either lie in the sun at water's edge on the wide public beach, or find some shade to take a nap in a hammock on our own private beach frontage. This feature is unique to Casa Ilusion.
Daily Cleaning Service is included six days per week (not Sunday).
We are happy to assist you with arrangements for Airport Transportation, Private Chef, In-House Masseuse, Private Surf Lessons, Private Yoga & Salsa Lessons, Catamaran Tours, Golf Car rentals, Dinning Reservations and anything else you can think of!
