Sempre Avanti is a tropical luxury destination in the exclusive community of Patzcuaro in Sayulita. With 250 feet of beachfront, It is a private estate for those looking for a true luxury vacation experience, while within close proximity to Sayulita and Punta de Mita, a short 8-10 minute drive in either direction. The exterior design has been inspired by the Andalusian architecture of southern Spain, with Moorish style stone walls paired with distinctive Spanish colonial elements. Sempre Avanti features palatial masonry throughout, with stone columns, marble counter tops and beautiful tiling. It's nestled amidst the tropical rainforest with a very beautiful secluded beach, five star service and incredible architecture throughout the home. Your reservation includes a housekeeper and a personal chef.

The bedrooms at Casa Sempre Avanti are 5 large air conditioned master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views. Each bedroom is equipped with large beds and en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are complete with every amenity you can think of and includes double sinks with plenty of counter space. Each bedroom gets plenty of natural sunlight. This truly is the ultimate oceanfront retreat in Sayulita.

The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The open, spacious deck by the glistening infinity pool, complete with poolside Tiki Bar, is the perfect spot to relax in the sun and take in the jungle and ocean views that surround the home. Lounge chairs border the pool, with umbrellas and palm trees providing shade. Direct beach access via a stone path make the beach only steps away from the infinity pool. For additional relaxation, there is also a rooftop terrace where you may relax among the rustling palms and under the pergola providing cool shade in the day. An outdoor kitchen along with a large BBQ and Pizza Oven, perfect for grilling delicious meals and enjoying the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Around the exterior of this villa, beautiful Romanesque columns support a large Palapa roof. Tiered balconies with shared lounge areas overlook the stunning Pacific Ocean. All rooms are richly furnished with dark woods and modern fixtures. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a stylish formal dining area, ideal for entertaining.

Amazing Property

I can't say enough about how great our stay was at Sempre Avanti and Casa Pietro. Our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) fit perfectly with a room to spare. The houses are clean and beautiful with tow infinity pools overlooking the ocean right outside the bedroom doors. You're just a short walk to a secluded stretch of beach which felt private (we were mostly the only ones there). The kids spent every day dividing their time between the pool and the beach playing in the waves at the shoreline. With just a 15 minute ride into the town of Sayulita this house was in a great location as well.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure our families felt safe, protected, and had a great time during our stay. The property stayed clean and maintained, and our meals were great. Scott (owner) was super proactive and informative and made sure we had everything covered for the stay, from renting the UTVs to the airport transfer and ensuring the staff was set up to take care of us. We will stay here again!

Fabulous house and setting

Our family of four had a great week in Sayulita - the house was fantastic - great indoor and outdoor spaces, and the setting / view was spectacular - even better than the pictures on the listing. We loved the outdoor space / pool and access to a very private beach for swimming and walks. The caretakers, German and Maria are great - Maria is a great cook and we really enjoyed our 3 dinners at the house (as well as her guacamole!). The location worked well - beautiful and quiet setting away from the crowd in Sayulita, yet very easy to access town (as well as Punta Mita).

Paradise!

This location can’t be beat. The house is gorgeous and getting to and from town is a beautiful adventure! The beach is amazing and so private. Scott made sure every detail was taken care of and Maria makes a delicious margarita and is a great cook! German works non stop to make sure the property stays gorgeous. They make sure to take care of any needs you have without being intrusive. It was a magical week! Thank you!

Amazing property!

Our stay at Casa Sempre Avanti was outstanding! Scott, Beto and Fatima teamed up to make our vacation a memorable, hassle free experience.The property is situated on an amazing stretch of beach, with easy access from the property's back yard. The beach is clean and secluded - the locals who we met take great care of it and always greeted us with an "hola," smile and a heartfelt handshake. We truly felt welcomed to share their slice of paradise. The sunsets from the property were awesome, as you can sit on the back patio and watch the sun disappear into the ocean. In the evenings, it was fun to sit outside and stargaze with minimal interference from artificial light. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Having access to Can Am on site (vs renting locally) was a great benefit - it was a fun way to travel to and from town.Beto and Fatima took great care of us and were very responsive. The meals were tasty and fresh - our favorites were the chargrilled fish, ceviche and chile rellenos. Fatima's salsas were also a treat! In summary, we highly recommend this property! If you visit, check out Cachasol, the tequila/raicilla distillery just off the main highway. Great food and margaritas in a beautiful setting. Thanks, Scott, for sharing your property with us!

Incredible!

Pictures don't do this place justice. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place and a little adventure just outside of town and it met all expectations. Scott was super responsive and accurate with all of our questions. Beto and Fatima are amazing and will be around as much or as little as you ask. Beach out front was pretty much private most times of the day and there is a cool little beach break towards the south side of the beach for fellow surfers. 10min drive into town which is much more vibrant and loud almost every day of the year. Have always loved Siyulita, but this place took it to a new level, will definitely be staying here whenever we are in town in the future.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our vacation at this property was unparalleled! Scott, the owner, was super responsive to all of our questions. German and Maria, the on-site caretaker and cook, were out-of-this-world! We felt so spoiled having Maria make us her guacamole, salsa, margaritas, chicken enchiladas, empanadas, and chilaquiles, to name a few. German was amazing - he coordinated on-site massages for us, a trip to The Marietas Islands, and even came to get us when we arrived in Sayulita to lead us to the house (we came at the tail-end of the rainy season, where you have to drive IN a river to get to the house!). They attended to every need of ours and were respectful, friendly and gracious in an unobtrusive manner. The house is spectacular- the best part about it is the covered outside sitting area where we relaxed day after day, watching the ocean and sunset. The dining room also has that same view, as it sits on the second floor of the house and is enclosed only by 3 walls. The 2 bedrooms were nicely air-conditioned. The house is tastefully decorated and the art is something to behold. The beach is secluded; we only saw surfers and oyster-divers. No passers-by, so if you're looking for a private getaway, this is it! We enjoyed our time at the pool, as it was refreshing and beautiful. We can't say enough about how wonderful our vacation was - a dream, really and we would gladly return. Thank you Scott, German and Maria for facilitating an incredibly relaxing vacation.

Do not hesitate to book this property! 5 stars hardly seems like enough.

We arrived to German and Maria greeting us with margaritas, fresh made chips, guacamole and salsa. German immediately brought in our luggage and gave us a tour of the home. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and beautiful. The pool was fantastic and we spent most days hanging around the house enjoying Maria's cooking and the beautiful weather. We were not sure about having German and Maria around as we were looking forward to quiet time and not used to being waited on. They are so unobtrusive that you hardly know they are there until they appear to ask if you would like another margarita or a snack. (Yes, please!) We asked to have our last day alone and we did not see them the entire day except when German appeared to set up a fire and chairs for us on the beach at sunset. We are big dog lovers so having Pero and Tunda around made us very comfortable. Both are sweet animals and well behaved. German helped us arrange for a private, poolside couples massage, which was one of the highlights. Very reasonably priced. Maria's cooking is authentic and ready almost to the minute when you request it. Air conditioning in master bedroom worked very well for keeping us comfortable at night and the rest of the house seemed to be fine temperature wise throughout the day. We spent a couple mornings in Sayulita and the surrounding towns and had a great time shopping and having breakfast. We started referring to Maria and German as ninjas because they seemed to appear exactly when you were thinking about more ice, a cool drink or some delicious fresh made bean dip! The drive in from the airport was easier than we expected and driving "down the creek" to get to the house was fun. You would be fine in a regular car, we did not need to 4 wheel drive we rented. I would not suggest you go for more than a day without Maria and German around as you could see how the dust and crabs would quickly get out of hand without their constant attention to these things. I have never seen so many crabs in one place! Thousands! They were fun to observe. We did not have a problem with bugs at any point. I was concerned about the pool not being heated but it turned out not to be an issue as the intense sun warmed it sufficiently. On the plane ride home we could not find one thing about this property that would prevent us from returning each year. It was only two of us but 6 would have been comfortable. I cannot properly express how much we would recommend this rental.

Paradise in Mexico

The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the pool staring at the amazing waves and watching the sunset. German truly makes the place even better with his warmth, care and clear communication. The food and drinks were terrific too. Scott is a gracious host and always communicated clearly. Everything about the place was clear in the description. Scott arranged a driver for us to and from the airport and a can-am in order to get into town. The jungle next to us was lovely with lots of birds and many crabs. (The crabs are very scared of people so they move along). Thank you Scott and German for this extraordinary dream vacation! A week in paradise

What an amazing house in an unbelievable location. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is stunning and we just loved the openness and the indoor-outdoor living. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out and not be on top of each other but also to gather as a family. The views are breathtaking. The unspoiled beach feels like your own private paradise. Most of the time we were on the beach, we were the only ones there. The waves were spectacular and the kids spent hours riding them. We walked up and down the beach every day and saw many whales migrating up the coast. Cannot say enough about German and Maria and how wonderful they are. They took such great care of us all week. Maria's meals were so delicious. Her fish tacos and chicken mole were better than any meals we had at any restaurant the rest of the vacation. Honestly every time we left the property we could not wait to get back. It's definitely remote and not easy getting in and out of the property (you have to drive over a dirt road and a creek) but that's kind of the point. It feels like your own secret paradise. Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with and communicate with. German even took us up to Monkey Mountain one day which was quite an adventure. We loved every minute of our vacation at Sempre Avanti. Thank you Scott, German and Maria! We hope to return someday.

Beautiful location, magical view, perfect house

The house is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. The sound of the crashing pacific ocean is enough to relax your spirits for weeks to come. The beach is extremely private. We saw whales passing by our house as we sipped beverages by the pool. The house was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The pizza was delicious. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Our stay here was fantastic - the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool is great (bring a floatie!) and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Scott came down to have a beer with us one evening and Maria & German were so helpful and friendly. We plan to come back at some point!

Perfect

This was my third time staying here. I obviously love it and I feel that it gets better each time. Scott is easy to communicate with and a gracious host. German and Maria are extremely helpful and make each stay memorable. Maria's cooking is amazing and the property is truly magical. There are so many things to rave about here, but the privacy and peacefulness is one of my favorites. I love being outside of Sayulita, but I also love how close it is if you need to go in for anything. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Scott, German and Maria for the wonderful memories!

A wonderful, peaceful getaway

The photos do not really do justice to the property. It is truly breathtaking. From the moment we booked until the minute we left (and after!) Scott was responsive to the many questions we had. German and Maria were so kind and attentive, and we must give special mention to Maria's exceptional culinary skills. In addition to the stunning property, the genuinely bespoke service makes all the difference. We were able to get to and from the beautiful town easily, and every recommendation was excellent. We cannot thank Scott, German and Maria enough for making sure it was a trip to remember.

A Dream Vacation

This place makes your dream vacation come try. It was scary to travel during Covid times but it is possible and Sempre Avanti makes it happen. The owner, Scott, is extremely helpful and so fast to respond to anything. He was there at the same time as us so we got to spend some time with him. Just a great person. Maria and German was excellent. Maria made me gain 5 pounds this trip- her cooking is delicious. German is so helpful. He started a bonfire for us on the beach, started the wood-burning pizza oven for Maria to make her amazing pizza, and even took us out to get our hike on Monkey Mountain started- which we would have been lost without him. We chose to rent Scott's Can-Am and we loved it! It seats 3 but I wouldn't rent it for more than that. We loved the property, the road to the property (have to drive along a little river), the secluded people. Definitely check out this property- you will love it.

Amazing Retreat

Sempre Avanti is a wonderful escape. It is in a secluded neighborhood and feels very private. The infinity pool is small and gorgeous, the views of the ocean (the sunset!) are sublime, and it's a 2-minute walk down the hill to a beach that gets very little use. We loved the design of the home, which had everything we needed. Maria and German are wonderful hosts, with German taking care of the property throughout the day, and Maria cooking wonderful meals to order. The are a lovely couple with adorable kids. Scott, the owner, was also in town, and it was great to get to know him during our stay. We were there during the coronavirus pandemic, which was a very odd time to vacation, and we hope to go back for another visit when we can truly let our hair down and enjoy everything this property and the area have to offer. Pro tip: be sure to rent a 4WD car with plenty of clearance for the adventuresome (but easy) drive to the property from the main road.

Amazing Place!!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!!! Casa Sempre Avanti is absolutely Gorgeous!!! Maria is a excellent cook and German was there to put the chairs out on beach for us and went to town for fresh fish that Maria prepared that evening!!! They were absolutely Great! Scott the owner was quick to respond to any question we had. I would not stay any other place!!! We are already trying to plan our next trip back to Casa Sempre Avanti! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Scott is a Bay Area native and was born and still resides in Marin County. He discovered Sayulita 4 years ago and finished construction of Sempre Avanti in December 2016. Scott was a Mortgage Banker and ran a successful branch out of Concord. He now manages several property's throughout the Bay Area.
