All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. This condo underwent a complete interior remodel, offering a fresh, modern feel. The remodel included a new custom cherry-wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured walls, new custom cherry-wood vanities and sinks, and new cherry-wood doors throughout the unit. Others have suggested we went overboard with our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home.
