Experience a charming, ski-in condo conveniently located right on the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and create everlasting memories with your loved ones! This condominium is beautiful and newly renovated. The living room features new oversized plush couches, a nice reading area, a large TV with cable, and a DVD player. The wood-burning fireplace is a treat in the winter or other cool evenings, and large picture windows overlook the ski run. The primary suite has a comfortable pillow-top mattress and a TV. The guest bedroom also has new pillow-top mattresses, plenty of under-bed storage and closet space, and huge sunny south-facing windows. Building 8 has convenient access to the office, hot tub, and shuttle stop for the free town shuttle.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
