The Malibu is an Upscale, 29-Unit Oceanfront Building, that is steps away from the beach. With oversize glass windows and 10’ ceilings, you'll enjoy direct ocean views from the kitchen, great room, master bedroom, large balcony, and ocean front pool.


Our 3 bedroom - 3-bathroom luxury oceanfront unit is well maintained and spacious, with 2000 square feet. You’ll enjoy large and well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 king suites and 1 queen suite, with private bathrooms. Our home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children in roll-away beds.


The Malibu is centrally located on 13 miles of hard packed sand so you can walk, job and bike ride for miles with ease. You can also chill and recharge with big ocean views and memorable sunrises and sunsets. We are also one mile south of Flagler Avenue on the drive beach, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

A beautiful get away with tons of space! Perfectly located on NSB on the drivable and walkable part of the beach. Fully stocked with most everything you could want. We would definitely stay again!!

We were able to extend our sea wall over the entire property and beautified by repainting the building, resurfacing the pool and updating the pool deck and landscaping. We're all happy with it! NSB + Malibu = BEST vacation!!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and can not say enough about how nice this condo is. It is beautifully decorated and the view is incredible! We have been vacationing in NSB for more than 20 years and this is our favorite place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back soon!!

Wonderful trip at a wonderful upscale condo

This was a one week trip with a group of five family members whose ages went from 4 to 70. Have been to NSB many times over the years and this has been the nicest unit I’ve ever stayed at. This condo has new upscale appliances and large newer tvs. You can tell that this condo was not furnished to be a rental but to be a home. It was spotless and owners easy to work with.

NSB condo

This condo is extremely well appointed. The home was well equipped with dishes, glasses, appliances. It was very much as advertised on VRBO! We loved the balcony watching the sunrise was a daily event. We were also within walking distance to several great restaurants. We were close to pickleball also. We would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable and close to our favorite dining & entertainment spots. Beach & pool/hot tub access was very easy. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Communication with the owners was great! Everyone in our group loved the condo and already wants to come back!

New Smyrna Family Vacation

It was a great condo. Very clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Owners were extremely helpful and provided a great deal of information about the area. We loved New Smyrna Steak House and Blackbeards. Our entire week was great. I would recommend this condo to friends.

Taste of paradise

I have rented through VRBO for the past 15 years. This is the most beautiful, well cared for condo I have stayed in. Absolute Delight!

What a beautiful condo! It is well appointed and spacious. You will not regret staying in this home. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the deck which is directly on the beach. The location is perfect for a short drive to both Canal and Flagler streets. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely return!

Excellent place to stay!

This condo has it all. It is in a great location and the beach was one of the best we have visited. Family friendly town and close to everything you need. The owners are easy to work with and very thorough. We have rented from VRBO before and have to say this has been the best one yet! We hope to return next year. We can not say enough good things about this condo! We had a great vacation and made memories that are priceless. We would highly recommend this property rental.

Wonderful and Nice Place

It was a week get away for my husband and I, really nice and comfortable condo in a great location. The owners did a great job of orienting us to the condo and explaining where things were and how they worked, very much appreciated. Everything worked with all the expected utensils and kitchenware we needed for our stay. We only missed having a Kuerig coffee maker, just easier and what we are used to.

We have been vacationing in NSB for 20 years and have to say that this condo was the best we've ever stayed in. Awesome central location! The unit was perfectly decorated. Incredible place, great owners

The condo view was incredible. Extremely well decorated, and on a great part of the beach. Private garage made it nice to load and unload. Included a lot of very nice little things as well - Notebook describing everything about the condo, things do do in the surrounding area, and menus of local restaurants. Even chairs and cooler to take to the beach. The owners were great - very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. Condo is exactly as described and more. Super spacious, clean, up to date, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners, just as amazing. From booking to checking out they made sure our stay was perfect. Even a phone call shortly after arriving just to make sure check-in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. Very nice condo in the perfect spot in New Smyrna

This is a very nice, spacious condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. It is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location and its proximity to everything in New Smyrna. The condo itself provided all that we needed from cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, etc. We brought our own beach items but it was nice to know they were available if we needed them. The owners were very informative and helpful from pre-check in to check out.

Glad your family enjoyed our spacious, oceanfront and central location unit. We like that too. Thanks for noticing that keeping the condo maintained and clean are priorities as well.

New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Central Florida's theme parks and attractions, yet offers breath taking views, great restaurants, and a safe environment. We enjoy the beach, pool, exercise room, bike riding and walking on the beach, as well as the friendly atmosphere of New Smyrna Beach.
