Welcome to the Sweet Studio—your private, peaceful retreat in Building 50, the first and most architecturally grand renovation of the historic hospital grounds.
This high-ceilinged, light-filled condo features:

~Cozy lounge chair with ottoman—perfect for unwinding
~Large smart TV
~Well-stocked kitchenette with a 2-burner cooktop, mini fridge, cookware, and essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and tea
~Private bathroom with walk-in shower, plush towels, and hairdryer
~Closet with luggage rack, clothes steamer, iron, and ironing board
~Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort
Enjoy your morning coffee with a view: relax on the nearby shared second-story porch, which overlooks the historic front lawn. (Note: porch access is not directly connected to the condo but open to guests.)

This is a fully private studio. You’ll have the entire space to yourself. Porch access is available as noted.
